北海道岩蠔與日本雞頸肉相映成趣,雖然Jack哥謂咱們先吃海鮮,小的卻愛先苦後甜,把最好留到最後。白汁沒有淹蓋岩蠔的鮮味,反更是神來之筆地將海洋氣息來個畫龍點睛。中間的稻榖爆米花也不容忽視,香口爽脆,開胃醒神。

紫薯麵條同樣香脆,卻不敵天婦羅紫蘇葉與蟹棒的驚為天人。紫蘇葉獨有的濃重草味在天婦羅的配合下得以昇華,將簡單的食材化為艷麗的美食。蟹棒的肥美就似在吃著炸雞脾,不過卻是鮮嫩的海洋氣與細滑的蟹肉絲在炸皮內爆發驚喜。

Not to mention the choice of sashimi, sushi, cooked dishes and desserts from the buffet selection.
As there was a party of four of us, we also enjoyed complimentary red prawn sashimi and deep fried cuttlefish.
At many buffets the popular dishes always run out quickly but at Imasa, dishes at the buffet selection were constantly refilled. Which meant there was a steady supply of the most popular choices like the sea urchin and the Alaskan crab legs
As it was to celebrate a birthday, we were also presented with a birthday dessert and there was no need for us to prompt the staff for this to be served.
The food there was very enjoyable but what makes it a memorable evening was the service provided by the staff, especially Kenneth making it an evening to remember.

今次一行幾人。去今佐慶祝友人生日日本自助餐。種類唔算好多。不過每樣都好精緻好好食🤗😜魚的脂肪分佈得好,好新鮮,入口即溶甘濟。抵讚油甘都唔錯,好fresh 又有魚味蟹肉鮮甜,不過每次都refill得少少,應該想保持夠凍同新鮮蒸蛋好滑,有冬茹,八瓜魚粒有口感。可惜最底的雞肉唔夠滑呢個海膽真係好鮮甜魚煎得好香口,好食!甜品岀面比較少有,唔算太甜好特別,每樣都好岀色餐廳坐得好舒服侍應服務好好,不停加熱茶女侍應著和服,好傳統服裝

和另一半慕名到今佐試試酒店式日本放題,第一次進出半島酒店,當然會對食物質素,環境,服務有一定的期待及要求!刺身種類尚可,幾款刺身加舊飯就變成壽司,不過勝在排場有氣勢,不會給人感覺選擇少,但其實都係那五六款海膽係無腥苦味,回本必食!有沙律吧,驚喜的是有鮮無花果做配菜,正!熱食選擇就有少少失望,選擇少而且食物大多普通,粥,炸物(丸、腸、南瓜、雞翼),湯等等,如果有多些高級食材/種類就好!因為炸物偏多唯一覺得茶碗蒸蛋就不錯晚餐每人只可點兩份手卷(太少了吧!),選擇仍只得兩款選擇(蟹肉沙律/炸蝦),推薦炸蝦手卷,因為真的炸得很脆,漿又不太厚,紫菜很脆!前菜每位有一份磯燒鮑魚,燒和牛壽司及鯖魚刺身,正!不過放題唔係應該無上限咁食咩?主菜又係二揀一,點了和牛鍋,嗯....真係普普通通最後試埋甜品,還可以啦!有紅豆玉子!最後送兩球甜薯雪糕/柚子雪葩雖然好似食左好多,不過我期望太高,和價錢比食物種類的選擇真係比較少!希望熱食選擇可以多些就好了!聽人講以前有燒銀鱈魚任食呢!
