叔公嬸婆週年紀念於半島嘅「今佐日本料理」與家人晚聚慶祝,低兩輩嘅XO仔有份參與其中,實感榮幸萬分!酒店餐廳開揚闊落,光線充裕,以木為主嘅間隔大方通爽。接待處旁可清晰地見到「飛驒牛」,相信此乃推介和牛。十三人派對被安排於後方嘅廂房內進行,私隱度高,更有專人服務,相當周到。每位席上擺有自用餐具。餐桌中央可見調味料及牙籤。燒味淋魚乾:等待人齊時,Jaxx哥哥先安排煙韌惹味嘅魚乾俾大家送酒。枝豆:另外仲有啲清脆嘅枝豆。前菜拼盤:師傅備製魚生之際,每人都有一份節令嘅素食前菜。魚生拼盤應各人嘅喜好度身訂造。刺身拼盤:唔係咁臭米氣嘅小肥就淨食刺身!冰鎮拼盤美艷吸睛,左起橙亮嘅海膽鮮甜幼嫩、最中間位置嘅兩件拖羅則粉嫩肥美、前方嘅鰤魚厚潤鮮濃、躲於青檸後面個隻牡丹蝦亦晶瑩爽脆,新鮮貨色又靚又好食!美國牛肉壽喜燒:牛肉主菜方面,細佬揀咗甜甜嘅壽喜燒,一人一鍋,衛生非常。五片薄薄嘅美國靚牛紅白葉脈紋理鮮明,喺滾湯內灼兩灼已經夠熟食得,牛肉薄片半溶於口,捲入小半球熱辣辣嘅白飯,組合香潤軟滑不溜滯,嘻嘻,希望下次有機會試埋個飛驒牛啦!位於尖沙咀嘅「今佐日本料理」環境雅緻,服務生體貼友善,海陸食材高質鮮美,唯一唔知價格詳情,不過估酒店價唔會平。 continue reading

印象中小時候,屋企人帶我嚟呢度係buffet style,今日再嚟已經係另一番體驗了☺️今次食嘅係懐石冬令盛筵🥢🔸 鮟鯠魚肝、磯煮鮑魚、松葉蟹水雲海藻醋、唐揚車海老🍱前菜精緻嘅擺盤為呢頓晚餐掀起了美麗嘅序幕☺️ 由淡至濃味🐾日本對蝦肉質緊緻彈牙🍤🐾磯煮鮑魚煙靭濃郁🐾水雲海藻醋爽口開胃好有驚喜😚🐾鮟鯠魚肝口感軟滑鮟鯠魚肝上嘅啫喱醋同蘿蔔蓉,味道好夾。今次淺嚐柚子酒 First Kiss 😚朋友生日,餐廳好有心思❤️🔸日式土瓶蒸 伊勢龍蝦舞茸湯🦞別致嘅伊勢龍蝦舞茸湯盡在呢個茶壺入面🫖,能夠保持溫度、鮮味同香氣😋湯入面有鮮味濃郁嘅伊勢龍蝦、元貝、舞茸等等,呢個湯非常非常鮮甜美味😊 試完原味嘅鮮甜,可加少少青檸汁別有一番風味。🔸刺身盛 大間拖羅 牡丹蝦 針魚 北海道帆立貝 平政 蜜柑鯛松皮造刺身新鮮不在話下,拖羅入口即溶,針魚切成細條好爽口。🔸毛蟹肉配海膽 黑松露海膽茶碗蒸纖細柔軟嘅毛蟹肉配鮮甜嘅海膽,簡單直接地帶出兩者嘅鮮味。😋黑松露海膽茶碗蒸每一口都好滑溜,海膽同黑松露嘅香氣徘徊響口腔,食完刺身食呢個好暖胃。🔸牡蠣天婦羅 南瓜天婦羅 栗子天婦羅 香菇天婦羅咁多款天婦羅當中,甜甜嘅栗子和南瓜有驚喜。其餘係可想像嘅味道。重點反而係後面嘅綠茶鹽,估唔到點少少,令成個天婦羅嘅味道提升咗好多😋🔸飛驊牛紙火鍋🔸飛驊牛紙火鍋嫩滑嘅飛驊牛肉質粉嫩,入口肉味香濃,鍋入面仲有蔬菜吸滿咗湯汁嘅香甜味。🔸 叉燒豚骨拉麵最後嘅主食係一碗超濃郁嘅叉燒湯拉麵,食到呢度其實已經好飽,幸好呢碗拉麵係兩三啖嘅份量,可淺嚐一下🤭最後以紅豆沙、鮮果為豐富嘅晚餐劃上句號☺️除咗懐石冬令盛筵外,都有其他set都非常吸引😋好喜歡日式料理主要以保持鮮味為主,簡單嘅烹調方式帶出食物原始嘅味道。餐廳環境闊落舒適,每枱有充足嘅空間感,朋友聚會、家庭飯局、二人世界都好適合。😊 continue reading

近年去親半島都係lobby lounge為主,已經有一段時間無去幫襯酒店幾間名餐廳食飯,今次適逢有聖誕亮燈party,當然要搵間食吓。又因為有party, 幾間餐廳都被包場了,剩番嘉麟樓和Imasa有位,結果揀了日本餐。話晒都係香港頂級酒店,其日本餐廳食一個普通set $1,200 (還是$1,280我唔記得)我唔會話貴,最緊要係好唔好食、滿唔滿足。我嘅答案係:好開心、勁滿足!開心係因為餐廳服務真係好,非常殷勤。唔好話「酒店喎,服務好就梗架啦!」大家喺香港蒲咗咁耐,大有4、5星級酒店服務差到你唔信都唔係新鮮事。Imasa服務好之餘,給我感覺係佢哋真心、用心,唔單係為服務而服務,真係好好!至於滿足程度高,並非因為食物有幾突出,而係成個set嘅舖排簡單直接,周邊伴碟擺盤細致但不花巧。近年不停食了好多omakase或者一啲為特別而特別嘅新派日本餐,食番一餐傳統樣樣齊嘅日本餐set,好滿足! continue reading
