一年一度的中秋節又將近,又是選購月餅🥮的時候了!今年我除了選購傳統月餅店的蓮蓉月餅給老人家外,亦買了皇玥多款月餅送禮自用。皇玥的產品除了是質素不錯,包裝也吸睛。吃完月餅,月餅盒又可作其他用途,非常環保。~經典流心雙輝月餅流心雙輝是包括了4個流心奶黃月餅和4個流心芝麻月餅,所以便可一盒裏面試到兩種不同的味道。🥮流心奶黃月餅的餡料是甜味濃的奶黃餡,就像吃著中式奶黃包的餡料,有著奶黃和鹹蛋黃的味道。餅皮是用上了牛油皮,所以焗後會更香。這極受歡迎的迷你奶黃月餅作餐後甜品頗為滋味。🥮曾任香港半島酒店嘉麟樓的葉永華師傅在2018年又首創了流心芝麻月餅,餡料用上黑芝麻,所以一切開月餅,餡料便慢慢流出,而且還有濃郁的芝麻香味,是我的至愛。~流心貓山王榴槤月餅我選的是一盒6個迷你裝的,餡料是用上了無核的榴槤果肉,喜歡吃榴槤的話,一定不能錯過。可惜這是迷你月餅,餡料不會太多,有點兒不夠喉呢!~真味流心雙輝月餅這款包括了3個迷你流心薑汁月餅和3個流心奶黃月餅。🥮流心薑汁餡料有著薑的味道,個人覺得有點微辣,還吃到一絲絲薑的纖維。配上流心奶黃和牛油餅皮,味道更多層次。這店的流心月餅在室溫下也能做到流心効果,但個人還是喜歡將月餅微微翻熱,色香味便更突出。 continue reading

清糕期間要介紹今年令我最有驚喜既一款糕平時食開嘅黃金糕都係sell椰香入邊好似一絲絲魚翅咁 口感煙韌彈牙但今年食到既黃金糕 是新驚喜啊.《鹹香黃金糕》同樣都是人見人愛既金黃色外表🟨但皇玥的獨家黃金糕既「黃金」 係講緊鹹蛋黃估唔到會有糕係鹹蛋黃做 好似緊奶黃月餅內餡咁師傅唔單止係將鹹蛋黃同石磨米漿混合仲將鹹蛋黃碎碎加入年糕令到糕件帶出濃郁鹹香之餘 仲有粒粒鹹蛋黃口感就咁慢火煎已經好香好好食 唔洗加蛋㗎已經bookmark左下年再戰呢一款黃金糕比起傳統椰香口味 我更喜歡鹹蛋黃呢.《黑糖年糕》另外仲推出左黑糖年糕🟫用上日本優質黑糖同紅糖同樣配以石磨米漿 食落散發清新既米香同坊間普通年糕就咁用糯米粉同麵粉製唔同而且更加入少許薑汁 層次感豐富整體口感煙韌帶軟糯.最後特別讚一讚跟糕既保溫袋設計時尚方便 可以循環再用已經比我阿媽拎左去做飯袋😂 continue reading
