走過街口,彷彿有種神秘的味道緊緊牽引住我嘅味蕾,於是決定入去這家店試吓傳說中嘅蜂巢蛋卷。咬落去嗰刻,啲蛋卷鬆化得嚟有勁,夠脆又唔會太甜,好過癮🤤。每款蜂巢蛋卷啖啖香濃,有種牛油係咀嚼間慢慢溶化嘅滋味。中秋節鬼鬼祟祟地接近緊,就算唔係買月餅嘅心情,都會想一試流心奶黃同流心薑汁白蓮蓉月餅。呢兩款月餅真係超正!流心奶黃嘅奶香同鹹蛋黃嘅鹹香結合得天衣無縫,完美得宜家都仲回味緊。至於流心薑汁白蓮蓉,清新嘅蓮蓉同微辣嘅薑汁交織成一種冇踩過界嘅新滋味,呢個創意真係有心思!😋而家嘅飲食文化好講究真材實料,眼前呢家店無疑係貫徹呢個理念。店員熱情,解釋每款產品嘅特色都好耐心,叫人感受到港式好客嘅態度。無論係想滿足一下自己嘅小慾望,定係送禮自用兩相宜,呢間店提供嘅選擇絕對可以滿足到你!🥮🌟

之前曾分享過「皇玥」嘅兩款經典奶皇月餅,早前偶爾經過其尖沙咀店,知道佢哋都出咗款榴槤奶皇月餅,雖然唔喺人人都鍾意嘅款式,但卻喺我倆公婆頗心水嘅口味,故短篇寫寫分享一下。之前嘅食評都介紹過晒佢哋嘅背景,以及包裝點樣花心思,所以,今次就唔嘥篇幅講咁多。總之,「流心貓山王榴槤月餅」($328)外觀典雅,長形皮革紋理紙盒喺其獨特標記,送禮一流。如之前嘅流心奶皇月餅,都喺一盒6個裝,每個獨立包裝,迷你小巧,一次一個,啱啱好。講得喺流心就唔喺流料,一切開陣陣榴槤飄香,貓山王榴槤唔喺浪得虛名,而中間嘅榴槤流心餡睇落都好軟滑,今次我無叮熱佢,因怕啲流心餡瀉晒出嚟,反而依家咁樣,有種軟心嘅感覺仲正。配合埋餅心香滑嘅奶皇餡,香而不膩,實在無得輸。 質素即喺質素,「皇玥」個名差唔多喺一種保證,皆因前後試過佢哋幾款產品,都無令人失望。

今日諗住買月餅送禮,去左尖沙咀揾下有咩得體又抵買既舖,經過加連威老道見到新開既餅舖,之前睇過係半島首創奶皇流心月餅既葉師傅研發!入面有好多中式禮餅,有月餅,蝴蝶酥,杏仁條等等,樣樣都吸引!屋企人鐘意食蝴蝶酥,見到有幾種口味,最得揀左榛子蝴蝶酥($138) 翻屋企第一件事就梗係同屋企人開心share食落超脆超香牛油味🥰 入面榛子令個蝴蝶酥更加多同多左啲果仁味~ 細細塊一啖一舊就啱啱好😛 話咁快成盒已經一次過俾人食晒啦

屋企人好鍾意食蝴蝶酥,咁啱今日行經尖沙咀加連威老道見到皇玥,於是行入去逛下。店舖好闊落,內裡布置好有心思,門口有個老香港懷舊風的打卡位。 店員好有禮貌,仲可以試食各款餅食。店員介紹呢度嘅蝴蝶酥是由米芝蓮餅藝大師黎永冠師傅主理。黎師傅銳意鑽研,創製出12款口味的蝴蝶酥。買了盒伯爵茶蝴蝶酥精裝禮盒回家做tea, 口感鬆化,有清新嘅伯爵茶香,唔會太甜,一盒有四包,每包有四塊。酥餅採用法國天然牛油,牛油香味自然,質感綿滑,加上來自英國的上等伯爵茶葉,帶來不澀口的伯爵茶香👍🌈。

買了原味蛋卷兩次,好香牛油同蛋味。唯一奇怪的是只有三條短蛋卷的包裝, 鐵盒一盒八包$198,因為三條短的其實等於一條傳統長蛋卷😅所以價錢係相當貴而且over pack. 送禮會比較合適。我個人鍾意傳統的長條可以試真個味。雖然比較貴但在本地制作來說是個不錯的選擇👍🏻
