呢間樓上居酒屋入到去已經非常有氣氛 特別鍾意坐喺吧枱位置可以同廚師有交流 睇Menu選擇幾多 有前菜 串燒 炸物 關東煮 仲有好多款煮食俾你揀 今次試咗幾多款式 薯仔沙律同帶子三文魚子幾好食 特別鍾意佢哋自家製嘅餃子 非常大隻餡料非常多 配埋佢哋嘅醬汁同蔥絲好惹味 明太子玉子燒一定要嗌 份量好足 而且玉子燒係整到啱啱好口感滑溜 牛舌這幾乎每枱都嗌㗎啦 絕對係啖啖肉 我哋仲叫咗一個白朱古力味噌粟米同埋關東煮 大推關東煮嘅蘿蔔非常入味 如果仲食得落嘅可以試埋個雞肉丸子鍋 叫咗好多嘢食平均每人都係大概四百幾 CP值👍🏻 continue reading

難得平日過銅鑼灣,一行四人,搵日本嘢食,逸園中心日餐多就唔使講,一入𨋢 ,就俾個海報吸引咗,決定一試!(以為真係有野豬可以試)一坐低,男四眼服務態度超差,我知居酒屋係應該買酒水,但我朋友想食粒藥問佢攞杯水,都俾佢取笑!咁朋友照嗌杯乳酸梳打啦,佢話呢杯真係水啊,淡都冇味嘅梳打水😓😓跟住到點菜!款式唔多,以為佢精做幾樣菜式!就等佢廚師發辦推薦先食關東煮,日本魚餅,煲到霉爛,口感極差!🤬🤬大根煮正常,夠腍,不過煲腍一嚿蘿蔔有咩難度啊?🥹最重要係個湯底居然係食得出蠔油同豉油味嘅配搭,完全冇鰹魚湯底嘅味道🥵螢光魷魚:臭腥味,完全係隔夜霉爛口感🙂‍↕️刺身三文魚,又鹹又酸,廚師好叻,放咗大量蔥花遮蓋,但都掩飾唔到!玉子燒:正常出品,明太子醬極少,跟佢個黑色醬汁,鹹到要洗腎😩😩炸雞翼,KFC出品仲好過佢,厚粉,好似$48兩隻,情願過隔離kf….買一桶好過煎餃子,正常出面汁醬料,係應該分開比客人,但廚師都係一次落埋🥵肉餡臭豬氣味,廚師仲話係新鮮豬肉🥹冇錯,師傅今次又係落咗大量蔥花嚟掩飾,中菜師傅做法,同佢再推薦,每個客人必點燒牛脷 ,,好再信你一次,完全冇牛舌,應該有嘅口感爽彈,牛臊味極重,似係用慢煮方式煲腍,買180幾蚊加埋一$200,為到$20一粒,極伏,🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬重點嚟啦,什麼白朱古力粟米?人一世物一世咩都試吓。,又甜又鹹,仲要係啲粟米係生嘅,完全係火槍燒出嚟嘅痕跡😅一陣臭煤氣味食到呢度,大家都你眼望我眼,諗住嗌啲煮食頂住個胃啦,四個冷麵,等咗九個字,仲要大前提巴枱唔係忙,成間餐廳都係得兩台客,,個服務員仲要提前話用餐時間兩小時,大佬我等你個面都等咗九個字啦,你餐廳又唔係忙,又要扮高尚西餐廳!埋單1200,店員中提醒好似一定要俾貼士,結果都係唔俾,塊面仲黑過地底,唔講仲以為我欠他成餐飯用餐體驗極差,我真係未試過食日式居酒屋會出品這樣!只能怪自己又係相信廣告,打手陷阱😓😓 continue reading

之前經電郵request留枱。之後有位男同事聯絡我確定預約。當日7點半去到,講左留枱資料,一位戴眼鏡既男服務員帶我坐低,之後8點左右完成點餐。過左幾分鐘,男服務員問我姓乜,佢話搵唔到我個booking,問我點book,我答係經電話確定。佢話唔會經電話book位,要我8點半交枱,但當時已經8點10分,剛上了一碟嘢,但我order左10碟左右既嘢食加一支酒。我答儘量,如果未食完都走唔到,佢話會儘快上曬我啲order,我話你上曬,但我未食完點走?佢話無辦法,我地一定要走。我同朋友都呆左。之後想加一碟嘢,男服務員話唔得,因為我地8點半要交枱。過左一陣,佢又問我有冇經電郵book,要我搵俾佢睇,我話依家8點20分,我要食嘢趕住8點半交枱又要搵電郵俾你,我邊食邊搵啦。心諗,啲嘢未上曬,又要喺10分鐘後交枱,咩玩法?之後我搵到電郵個request,俾男服務員睇,佢問我係咪今日日子,睇返,當然係啦!再問我有冇俾deposit,我話無,佢話哩度book位要俾deposit,我話係有位男仕打俾我confirm booking,之後佢再三強調,佢之後有客,唔可以俾我坐咁耐,亦唔可以加order。到8點40分終於上曬啲嘢,成枱嘢真係食唔切。加上開左支酒放後面冰筒。但完全無人幫我地加酒落細樽,成日要叫佢地加酒,成晚起碼叫左5次。最後我想後加嗰碟嘢又上左俾我,期間見到兩邊有空枱。坐到9點40分我地走,但走之前我問旁邊張枱,有無俾deposit,旁邊客人話無俾過。咁即係有機會打俾我個男服務員無留我booking,但想推卸責任,所以話要畀deposit,總之就係我問題,所以先無booking。唔知做booking時發生咩問題,但服務態度超差,亦無感覺到佢有任何唔好意思,好似我地白撞咁。我張枱唔加order已經差不多2千蚊,2個人。唔係多,但都唔少嘢,因為本身諗住加order繼續食,可惜佢唔俾加,原因係order完後30分鐘要交枱。哩間嘢不了……趕客 continue reading

見到有人推個牛舌就想去試,都幾fully卜,係我食5點半先有位!有omakase但我喜歡既食物唔算好多,所以散叫好似好啲!千本漬雞腎,者係醃蘿蔔撈雞腎,全部切到細細粒咁,巴鬼!魷魚沖漬,基本上我最愛所以我唔會彈!食完2個前菜等左半個鐘先再有嘢食,中間先上飲品好鬼慢,白桃紅茶梳打同巨峰柑橘cocktail,2杯味道都好淡,cocktail酒味唔重!燒馬友一夜干,有人好想試馬友話當造,個皮燒得幾好,肉係結實但味道好似銀鱈魚,何解啲人咁愛馬友又咁貴?明太子燒海老,蝦燒得可以但明太子個味太搶,好咸!明太子玉子燒,明太子落得大方,蛋煎得好好,好Q彈!重點燒牛舌扒,人地啲相好粉嫰的囉,質地是軟淋像慢煮已經心下一沉,牛舌扒邊的調味又太多搞到偏咸!燒飯團同柑桔冷素麵,麵係彈牙既但2啖食晒!雖然話食2個鐘,但食埋啖麵仲有半個鐘已經提你用餐時間差不多仲有無嘢想嗌!呀,要比credit card資料取消要24小時前通知! continue reading

本身為咗個牛舌黎,見到foodie既相望落去好似唔錯,明白居酒屋都係份量偏細,但呢間性價比低之餘味道都below average….. 可能睇到網上圖片有所expectation🥲🥲🥲燒牛舌扒好軟, 但好細份唔係相入面咁厚,同埋真係勁鹹! 真係好失望呀🥲 個燒粟米配白朱古力勁乾又勁鹹🥲🥲花雕醉鮑魚係冇酒味,反而係中式鹵水味😂😂😂個野豬卷又係比相入面細,上面個海膽好少,toro魚蓉又少,個紫菜腍晒,而啲飯好爛,真係我自己整都好食過佢🥲🥲🥲 Overall 成餐體驗比較失望,啲嘢食咁鹹,水都冇杯🥲音樂好嘈,係傾唔計… 嘢食又唔得,真係冇下次….. continue reading
