This Ippudo branch is relatively quiet, hidden away inside Silvercord in TST, far from the noisy street. It is indeed a quiet ambiance too, with soft jazz music playing in the background and no sounds heard from the kitchen.

There is an afternoon tea set on offer but I am here for the Oyster Shoyu Ramen. There is a set with the ramen and an Ice Cream Float for $108, and I choose that.

The Ice Cream Float is a simple drink of your choice of soda (cream soda, cola or sprite), topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream melts into the drink and it is creamy and refreshing.

The ramen arrives and it is a relatively small bowl considering the price. However, I came to realise that the portion was quite enough because it is very rich and fills you right up. At first taste, the milky broth has a strong kick of oyster flavour, almost like some oysters have been rendered into the pork bone soup. It is smooth and thick and clings onto the thick ramen noodles. The noodles are cooked well, retaining some bite and had a pleasant chew. I took one oyster, and it is a shiny, plump piece of flesh that I bite into. The meat is tender and has a deep taste of the sea. I am transported to memories of eating freshly grilled oysters at the seafood markets in Japan. Other topping include two unremarkable pieces of pork, cabbage, some chives and small dab of chilli that makes little difference to the overall taste. The star is the oyster, and amazingly, the two pieces were more than enough.

After eating a few bites of the noodles and soup, I found that the dish was rather filling. The portion is more than enough, even for my greedy appetite.

A must-try for those who love the taste of Japanese oysters.

我们那个时间去到人不多,点了招牌的拉面,汤底都几好,比较浓郁,面的硬度适中,猪肉都入晒味,份量也够大,加了辣酱更好食,比较特别,符合我口味,还有煎饺每只都细细只,但味道很好,配合酱料更好食,除了有点小贵的话😋

疫情下,晚上堂食已經停了,大家只有選擇外賣前幾天就用 openrice app 落order,速度比預期快食物包裝都很好湯和麵是分開裝的,如果湯凍了,包裝上也有印上教人加熱的方法,這個值得讚但是,我的外賣自取單內加了醬油半熟蛋回家用餐才發現欠了醬油半熟蛋這個希望員工多留意客人order的內容

其實在一風堂訂購外賣自取唔係第一次,上次訂左便當🍱飯盒,其實味道不錯,溫度尚可,所以今日於11:55訂左拉麵及於12:30攞麵,最後12:33到達及12:35進食....但沾麵本身太凍,而且湯唔太熱,當沾麵浸到湯內,會使湯的溫度下降⋯⋯到浸左2-3次後會變成凍湯一樣,仲要啲油會變成固體浮於湯面上。白丸拉麵啲湯唔夠熱,橫賓拉麵啲湯太咸,唔係人人都合適,所以都係堂食會比較好啲,因為外賣可能一早做定的原因所以溫度不足。

好耐無嚟,又重温一下。叫左赤丸新味,算係唔錯既,湯仲夠濃,麵又韌度夠,赤丸夠辣。不過個低温叉燒味度好似淡左少少,有d失望。不過佢算唔貴,想平平地又唔係太差既拉麵,可以考慮既。

今晚一放工,就即興約咗班friend喺尖沙咀度等😂,星期五晚,當然要出去威下先再返屋企啦。依左個肚先至再去行街,我哋揀咗去食一風堂嘅拉麵,呢間店嘅座位唔多,店員安排我哋坐低之後,發現左右兩房嘅客人都係日本人‼️睇咗一陣餐牌,我哋分別叫咗赤丸拉麵,白丸拉麵,同埋黑蒜拉麵,一風堂嘅拉麵,口感彈牙我一直都知,只係唔同嘅味道真係要時間試,今次一次過試到三種味,真係覺得幾有意思。湯底係會令人想一啖麵,一啖湯咁食,當然啦都會怕有味精所以淺嘗就算雖然事緣三種味,都各有不同,但係如果用濃到淡既味道黎評分嘅話,黑蒜>赤丸>白丸。

好多年前已知有這食店的存在,如果吾係同學講過吓都吾識,曾經佢哋有提議過去食,但可惜一直冇去過.....早排經過逸東酒店見開咗,今日去開佐敦,就想起不如去呢間食喇,以前根本吾知一風堂係食乜(真孭),以為好似UCC果D咁,但CHECK過原來吾係,係食拉麵嘅.....冇緊要,我都好鍾意食拉麵......7點幾又係不用等位,非常好,量體溫後入座,我食橫濱家系豚骨拉麵,另一位仁兄要赤丸新味拉麵,加一個黑松露汁餃子(6隻) SHARE,可能因為我個麵混合咗豬骨湯同雞湯,所以湯底都好濃味,我揀普通麵質,有一隻溏心蛋、2片豚肉,豚肉都好腍有肉味,餃子就好細隻,直情係一口餃子呀,有點失望,之後叫咗千層蛋糕做甜品,個蛋糕都吾錯,有蛋香味、又吾太CREAMY,吾漏呀......呢度服務吾錯,又係吾太多客,可以坐耐D傾計都得.....第1次食比我嘅印象都幾好....

今天週末在尖沙咀逛逛,由於海港城實在太多人,於是去了新港中心,最近天氣熱熱地好想吃拉麵, 路過有間一風堂, 見門口有些半價優惠, 就入去試試。 今天的優惠是白丸拉麵,我們叫了兩碗都是半價,再加了兩個小食分別係明太子雞翼和芝麻菠菜。 拉麵的份量不是太大碗,女士們份量剛剛好,麵身比較幼細的,湯底不會太肥膩,幾適合我口胃。明太子雞翼是新鮮炸出來,還是盪口,外皮脆脆反而裡面包著滿滿的雞肉加上明太子,不會太鹹 太膩,好值得推介。而芝麻菠菜也是清清的, 給炎熱的夏天降一降溫。

本人對拉麵真的是非常有要求的,湯底自然是很重要但是面試的質量也一定要高,肉的話要有鮮味不能像橡膠,這次和朋友去了尖沙咀就吃了一風堂,想試下他這個新出的拉麵質素如何,以下就是我的觀點:牛肉很大塊可以看到是鋪了整碗面的。蛋的話也是完美的糖心我覺得不錯,蛋的味道就是普通蛋的味道,我覺得應該是日本蛋因為其實蛋黃定還是很香醇的。湯底的話我覺得他還算不錯,但是我個人比較喜歡傳統豬骨濃湯,牛湯只是喝的話還是很好的但是他的掛湯能力不高,有種麵條沒有能夠吸收湯的精華的感覺。牛肉也是這樣單獨吃還不錯但是我覺得放在裏面沒有什麼稀奇的感覺。總體而言我覺得可以一試但是沒有到我會想吃第二次。真要說的話我覺得一風堂赤丸比較好吃🤣

牛肉很大塊可以看到是鋪了整碗面的。
蛋的話也是完美的糖心我覺得不錯,蛋的味道就是普通蛋的味道,我覺得應該是日本蛋因為其實蛋黃定還是很香醇的。

一風堂最近推出咗新款拉麵,今日出開旺角就試咗喇,呢款煮干系拉麵, 我要咗個硬少少嘅面, 咁樣食到最後個面都唔會太淋。食之前就聞到好香嘅魚乾香味,湯底用小魚乾熬製,亦有一風堂招牌豚骨湯,湯底濃稠,每一啖都充滿魚香鮮味。新穎嘅「魚乾味玉」,放入湯底中溶解,令拉麵味道更加濃郁。肉質較嫩的慢煮叉燒醇厚嘅湯底配上爽滑嘅拉麵 , 叉燒 肉同脂肪的比例適中。搭配7、8條小魚幹,魚幹很香口,令整碗拉麵的味道更豐富。 記得食埋店內嘅秘製辣芽菜 ,十分惹味架。另外,我仲要咗個胡麻Q青瓜, 長條青瓜切到一粒粒配上芝麻同埋酸辣醬,超清爽。@ippudohongkong #ippudohk #一風堂 #煮干系拉麵 #拉麵

聽同事說一風堂的下午茶抵食,今日終於來到試,星期一至五下午3:00至6:00有下午茶餐,拉麵半份加抺茶銅鑼燒加飲品加一後也才六十多。點了赤丸新味,有少少辣味,但又不會太辣,湯底也不會太油,即使飲了湯也不會覺得一口油。麵可以選軟,適中或硬,我選了適中真的剛剛好,有咬勁又不會太硬。抹茶銅鑼燒亦比想像中出色,銅鑼燒的皮很鬆軟,抺茶是由布丁所做,滑滑的,整體也不會太甜。
