They have a large selection for oysters, and my husband chose 3 oysters as starter. I had a lobster broth as starter.
Our main course was lobster and king prawns. The food are fine, but the price is very expensive! With this price I would expect greater service but the service is only average.
First of all, the waiter outside only finished high school and could speak hardly any English. Secondly, I found a fly in my soup, although I have finished it, but all I was offered was a 'sorry', no replacement or discount offered. That is quite disappointing! The soup costed me more than HKD$100 including 10% service fee.
All in all, we were in a good mood and were happy customers, but I probably wouldn't go back to this place next time.
Also by the way, the pub and the restaurant opposite all belong to the same group, so sometimes you see the waitresses carrying food across each place. Where we were there, it was raining, so it wasn't a good thing to see the drinks and food being brought across in the rain!

紅蝦意大利飯$388
這肯定是我食過最難食的意大利飯,蝦本身就不新鮮,肉質偏軟,用過多的香料去遮蓋,正宗的意大利飯是七八成熟,飯黏但有質感,外軟內韌,有嚼勁 。如果你鍾意食意大利飯,相信我吧!你自己煮都可能好過佢,至少我覺得自己係 ,連傍碟的那棵草,都樣衰過菲律賓總統阿基諾三世 。

自從上次黎食過之後,就成日都掛住佢~~因為真係冇一度整得夠呢度好食~每一條長通粉都掛上非常濃厚同creamy既黑松露汁,仲係越食越想食~~每一啖都令人回味無窮!!!
雖然呢個penne要$298,但當食過之後,就覺得非常值得,因為實在好高水準!!!yummy!!

最後當然要食埋個甜品la
揀左姜汁梳乎里同橙酒梳乎里,橙酒味比較偏甜,都係姜汁味比較出色~梳乎里焗得好香,蛋白亦打得不錯,整體黎講都係好好味

呢餐雖然食左約$1500,但d野咁高質素,細佬又食得甘開心,簡中一次貴dd都值得la~

之後黑松露長通粉,好香如濃好味!

雖然貴但間中食一次好值好回味!

食完生蠔,就叫了3個熱盤,焗田螺、墨汁義大利麵和海鮮串燒拼盤。焗田螺的醬汁好味之餘,田螺還非常入味,充分吸收了不少香味,所以吃下去的時候很香濃。
墨汁義大利麵是我覺得最好吃的一道菜,坊間一些墨汁義大利麵要不就是墨汁歸墨汁,義大利麵歸義大利麵,或者就是墨汁不像墨汁,這裡的墨汁義大利麵把兩者融合在一起(其實有搭配帶子串燒,但我已經把帶子串燒歸類到海鮮串燒拼盤上去),香濃彈牙,完美結合,仿佛義大利麵本來就是有墨汁的,我甚至覺得只吃墨汁義大利麵就已經非常滿足了(可惜弄丟了照片,上載唔到)。
剩下的海鮮串燒拼盤,香、脆、惹味,如果在平時應該已經是當晚重點,可是由於墨汁義大利麵和焗田螺太過出色,海鮮串燒拼盤只能夠令我留下好吃的印象,沒有其他特別的讚譽。不過其實它是非常好吃的,食完生蠔再叫上一份海鮮串燒拼盤也是一種享受。

我們點了法國的coffin bay跟Fleur Des Eaux. Coffin bay體形比較細小, 但算飽滿, 蠔味非常濃郁, 帶點CREAMY, 海水味不會很重, 不太咸, 吃罷便會愛上. Fleur Des Eaux帶點瘦長身, 相對會有點咸. 不過吃蠔口味其實真的每個人也不同. 我自己比較喜歡Coffin bay.

自己最初嘗墨汁意大利面是在日本, 當時真的覺得十分好吃. 但之後在香港也試過幾次, 每次都是失望而回. 這次也試試它的墨汁意大利面, 本來也沒抱什麼期望, 不過吃下去, 墨魚汁沒有很稀或很多, 但每條面都被汁滿滿的包著, 味道非常的香濃!!! 面條也是帶點有硬度的, 正合我意, 真的美味極了.
串燒帶子微微的燒到半生熟狀態, 非常柔軟而且很滑, 但又沒失去帶子的鮮味, 實在讚得很.
這碟面真想自己一個來KO它!!

甜品不能缺少, 點了個心太軟.

不算很大的一個. 切開來, 不能說是流心, 說是軟心比較合理. 因為內裡的朱古力漿偏傑身. 蛋糕皮烘得很脆, 但比例上, 朱古力漿是明顯地有很多.幾乎沒有多吃到蛋糕. 旁邊的焦糖香蕉不會很甜, 脆脆的很好吃.

另外友人還叫了杯HOUSE WINE, 我就沒點飲品了.
2個人坐著閒談了3小時, 侍應也是十分有禮貌, 介紹菜式很用心, 服務非常好.
最後談到11時左右才離開, 埋單HKD$820元.
不便宜的, 但食物好吃, 環境舒服, 服務好, 感覺尚可接受.
但如再光臨, 應該是要等特別或喜慶日子再來了.
