六月二十七日 (星期日)看完血聘,再等了約一個小時,終於到了下午茶時段,儲印花行動再展開上次吃的壽司有點失望,今次我們轉行點小食上次點的海鮮沙律不錯,今回再encore同樣美味,材料豐富,三文魚,北寄貝,鮮蝦,蟹子等等很清爽,很怡人新品海老蝦卷用原隻的大虎蝦先炸再用紫菜和飯團包成蝦卷平時吃到的炸蝦卷當然不可比擬蝦肉爽嫩,老公仔連蝦頭也吃得一乾二靜炸雞軟骨似乎用多了粉來炸看起來比不時吃的大粒依然能有應有的鬆脆...最後用三文魚壽司作結最好只點三文魚腩,油份較充足不過飯始終有點鬆散我們卻犯了三大錯誤:一.卡上寫下午時段消費滿$35會有一個印花,比起平時要$50一個便宜多了,但我們卻看漏了這不包括公眾假期,今天是星期日呢!二,原定想換四個印花,即消費約$140,但計錯數,最後食了$129,約以$35計算,都有兩個,但因為錯誤(一),我們最後只得兩個三,又看漏了卡上的說明,起初以為派印花至七月十五日,但原來這是最後申請會員證日期,派印花只到六月三十日呢基於以上原因,我們要加把勁了!!!

上次點的海鮮沙律不錯,今回再encore
同樣美味,材料豐富,三文魚,北寄貝,鮮蝦,蟹子等等
很清爽,很怡人

新品海老蝦卷
用原隻的大虎蝦先炸
再用紫菜和飯團包成蝦卷
平時吃到的炸蝦卷當然不可比擬
蝦肉爽嫩,老公仔連蝦頭也吃得一乾二靜

炸雞軟骨似乎用多了粉來炸
看起來比不時吃的大粒
依然能有應有的鬆脆...

最後用三文魚壽司作結
最好只點三文魚腩,油份較充足
不過飯始終有點鬆散

我們卻犯了三大錯誤:

一.卡上寫下午時段消費滿$35會有一個印花,比起平時要$50一個便宜多了,但我們卻看漏了這不包括公眾假期,今天是星期日呢!


二,原定想換四個印花,即消費約$140,但計錯數,最後食了$129,約以$35計算,都有兩個,但因為錯誤(一),我們最後只得兩個

三,又看漏了卡上的說明,起初以為派印花至七月十五日,但原來這是最後申請會員證日期,派印花只到六月三十日呢

基於以上原因,我們要加把勁了!!!

都幾個月冇食過板前了, 今日一行三人來到叫了三文魚: 點解切得D 位咁奇怪, 好似D 頭頭尾尾.....海膽: 都算 ok 新鮮珍寶帆立貝壽司: 好肥美但係帆立貝刺身 ($25/6片) 就真係得好少好薄.....軟殼蟹手卷: 新鮮炸的, 正!D Wasabi 好似有D '宿宿地' 味, 好難聞......試試芝士蛋糕, 嘩, $18 得咁細舊......不過味道都OK, 但似雪糕多過似蛋糕!

每次夜晚想食板前最後都被逼放棄,原因都是多人等...嗌到25X再拎飛已經係35X,成百人點等?所以次次都是食LUNCH TIME算了,是日放假的第一天,已食過了午餐咁岩經過家樂商場又見沒什麼人就和媽媽去過下口引吧~因為她是三文魚狂迷而我就係果D一舊都不掂的人。只喜歡貝類及海膽.....哈哈哈!店內人不多,坐下來就快快手點了我必食的幾款北寄貝壽司 - 現時的北寄貝已經由原始被切開的一塊升呢為現在大多數都是成塊咁包住舊飯,除了那些平價的壽司店之外。活赤貝壽司 - 最愛是活赤貝,味道新鮮!不會有怪味存在~海膽壽司 - 也是很愛食的!幾乎每次都會叫~要讚讚這個海膽香而不臭,紫菜又爆脆~油魚壽司 - 普普通通,都是黃色那一款較我討好!火灸三文魚 - 媽媽食了好幾碟了不過我沒再想試的動力了....埋單二百,平均每人一百左右!略略貴了一點點吧~

北寄貝壽司 - 現時的北寄貝已經由原始被切開的一塊升呢為現在大多數都是成塊咁包住舊飯,除了那些平價的壽司店之外。
活赤貝壽司 - 最愛是活赤貝,味道新鮮!不會有怪味存在~
海膽壽司 - 也是很愛食的!幾乎每次都會叫~要讚讚這個海膽香而不臭,紫菜又爆脆~
油魚壽司 - 普普通通,都是黃色那一款較我討好!
火灸三文魚 - 媽媽食了好幾碟了
不過我沒再想試的動力了....

埋單二百,平均每人一百左右!略略貴了一點點吧~

想試好耐,今日終於有機會金三文魚腩、金三文魚 好吃,魚肉味和三文魚差不多,但多帶點魚的甜味三色吞拿魚 OK牡丹虾 可以大隻D更好珍寶帆立貝 甜美肉厚日本溫泉蛋、糖心蛋 兩款都好食蟹肉蟹籽沙律 好多蟹籽啊依然保持穩定水準,難怪間間都人山人海,又不用做特價時段啦!

好吃,魚肉味和三文魚差不多,但多帶點魚的甜味

牡丹虾 可以大隻D更好
珍寶帆立貝 甜美肉厚

日本溫泉蛋、糖心蛋 兩款都好食

蟹肉蟹籽沙律 好多蟹籽啊


依然保持穩定水準,難怪間間都人山人海,又不用做特價時段啦!

去旺角想食壽司, 想起了家樂坊的板前, 因為成日都有位! 不過係 order 枱位~最愛的珍寶帆立貝啊! 好鮮甜!!新試的蟹肉蒸蛋, 原來好得, 好多蟹肉! 底部仲有蟹柳同冬菇新出的「金三文魚」, well.... 食唔出同以前的有咩分別?海膽同鰻魚都好正呀 , 第一次食D 鰻魚係起走咗底下層肥膏/皮, 食入口好味好多!

當圖1出現我眼前既時候,我覺得好奇怪,碟上只放2件壽司,點解2件會放在較邊邊
既位置,而且其他位置又有咁多水印呢???仲要有好多一達達呀

今次覺得好最好食係鵝肝壽司,雖時都比較耐,食到尾聲先至上檯,鵝肝煎到好香脆,
鵝肝都算厚身,我和老公都異口同聲咁讚好食呀!!!
甜珍寶帆立貝真係好肥美,非常巨大,加少少檸汁更鮮甜~

不過炸蠔就無以前咁香脆,只係炸,都唔係吉列feel,以前係菜單係寫"吉列",現在係"炸".
點失色.

最後有其他選擇之下............我不一定再來~

前日左女友去左呢間店食晏,等左一陣,終於有位啦,叫左一d壽司,因為我地雖然坐迴轉位,但條迴轉帶上o既壽司竟然唔多過十碟,算,我寫.叫左三文魚,油甘魚,吞拿魚,板前蝦,虎蝦壽司......一定要試下虎蝦,勁有咬口,雖不至於彈牙,但蝦味勁濃,板前蝦尚叫新鮮,亦算有蝦味,可以一詆,其他的只可算係一般,壽司亦握得唔太好,好易散,愈食愈稅得只係一般...

別以為每一間板前壽司的質數都是差不多! 曾經光顧了其他分店亦不及家樂坊這分店的質數高...原因是從朋友介紹下到那兒找"人師傅",那兒的行政總廚.試過"人師傅"自創的菜式如南瓜蝦及鵝肝飯焦,簡式令我一試難忘!!!他在蝦天婦羅裡面釀入了南瓜,而且炸得一點都不油膩,外脆內軟,清新的口味真是難以形容!!!另外,鵝肝飯焦...在煎得脆卜卜的飯焦上加上了煎香了的鵝肝! 咬下去脆卜卜的飯焦再加入口即溶的鵝肝,食完後有一重好滿足的感覺!!!聽朋友說"人師傅"還有其他特式菜如炸蟹仔,炒象拔,煎釀切碎和牛,自製南瓜雪糕.等等等等,我們大家已經相約下個月再去"探望"一下"人師傅"了!!!
