To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It was a worse dining experience.First, people outside the restaurant jumped in the queue, which is very rude. When the waiter brought us to a table, another waiter just stuck in between two tables for literally a minute, left us waiting for him to leave before we could take a seat, how ridiculous! And some parts of the restaurant were not opened for customers to sit, whatever reason it was, on a Sunday evening.Some of the food was already sold out, even drinks. First, people outside the restaurant jumped in the queue, which is very rude.

When the waiter brought us to a table, another waiter just stuck in between two tables for literally a minute, left us waiting for him to leave before we could take a seat, how ridiculous!
And some parts of the restaurant were not opened for customers to sit, whatever reason it was, on a Sunday evening.

Some of the food was already sold out, even drinks. I ordered a pasta dish, it tastes overcooked. The amount was clearly not enough for a normal adult.


I've tried some takeaways before and they were ok. But this dine in experience made me blacklisted this restaurant forever. Thank you.

Going to this place since the opening once a week. But the quality of service and food went downhill after the opening. In the beginning the servers were nice, polite and very helpful. Orders were picked up quickly and hygiene was good. Tables were cleaned quickly and a cup of water was provided when you sat down. Going forward in the future, very unfriendly front line staff mostly the older aunties. They don’t give a reply or confirmation after a question or remark. No water provided after seat

Going forward in the future, very unfriendly front line staff mostly the older aunties. They don’t give a reply or confirmation after a question or remark. No water provided after seated down, and apparently only for my table. Food takes forever now and after asking 3 times why or when the same standard reply is given that we just need to wait.
Good quality is still ok, but that would be next thing to drop after the customer service.

本來打算食過好的早餐，但係有啲破壞咗心情。早上入座，揀咗4人枱坐，即刻叫落單時，女侍禮貌地問我一位可唔可以坐隔離4人枱（當時有一位女食客），留我呢張枱畀2至4人，ok，我無問題，明嘅。改坐隔離台的同時爽快落埋單。好快，上咗張落單紙，平日好少查份量嗰一欄，好彩今次有睇，竟然落咗2份餐（蛋芝bagel）1杯飲品（熱檸水）。叫人改單後繼續等餐。唔明點解派單時，唔會覺得飲食同飲嘅數目唔一致？？同枱的女食客，睇落似等緊人，因為佢仲未叫嘢食，睇真啲，有2杯熱水，原來真係2位，佢朋友後來坐咗我旁邊。我哋之間有隔板，但係都唔明點解會要我咁樣孖枱，。有位單客男士坐咗我剛剛坐嘅隔離枱，貌似1位，無人請佢轉枱（差別待遇？？男女差別待遇？？都算喇~）佢叫咗餐，上咗1杯熱水，仲唔使等好耐上埋熱咖啡。而我份包，食到一半都未有飲品亦無熱水，要我請人跟吓。跟到食完包都未上。叫人來埋單順便投訴時啱啱好另一侍應上飲品，我都飲唔落。聽我反映嘅侍應有問我，要唔要包起嘢飲拎走，好有禮貌但安排奇怪的餐廳。好有禮貌但係錯漏百出的餐廳。正常味道。

同個朋友食個下午茶，餐牌太多好多野揀，一時之間都唔知叫咩食好，揀揀下就叫左兩個下午茶同一個午餐，太肚餓，兩個人食三個餐都唔過份啫。飲品叫左熱奶茶同熱檸水，呀…原來意樂嘅檸檬水無檸檬，仲好鬼酸添，杯奶茶就幾好。淨返個餐就揀左飲餐湯，個野菌忌廉湯好鹹，勁鹹，真係勁鹹，飲左幾啖頂唔順。朋友叫嘅龍蝦汁蕃茄焗豬扒珍珠飯，個飯唔熱，又係好鹹，難食。自己叫嘅黑松露炒蛋bagel包就幾好食，個包幾香，蛋嫩滑，薯條熱辣辣。最後到嘅mama pizza，size唔大，兩個人分食啱啱好，煙肉，辣肉腸，溫泉蛋，夾埋一齊幾好食。一啲好食一啲唔好食，價錢係幾平嘅，不過伙計完全唔夠，成個舖咁大得一個阿姐，態度唔好都預左，呼呼喝喝咁…唔講真係以為得罪左佢。

這間店開了一陣子，我們在這裡吃個早餐，首先我們等位被安排入座已經奇怪～因為店裡有位置但店員都安排人客聚在一起，疫情期間當然不好啦！這間店早餐都算多選擇，我就點咗通粉套餐，而另外一個餐就點咗番茄意粉，其實食物味道尚算唔錯，環境亦都寬敞⋯唯獨是服務真係唔係好得！希望佢哋有待改善！

普通又一餐，來到元朗國形點商場，呢度食嘢都還好的，環境都唔會話太差！可以接受的！今次用餐我哋就叫咗個三文魚炒飯同埋一個千層麵！首先講吓三文魚炒飯先！炒飯都炒得唔錯既，賣相都OK！而且又唔會話好鹹！三文魚炒得都熟，可以比佢合格！另外千層麵就醬汁OK嘅！個千層麵個質地都唔會話太差！但係醬汁就真係太多啦，如果醬汁少番啲就會好啲啦！不過呢薯條都炸得唔錯嘅！夠脆又少油！可以俾佢合格！最後，個餐湯真係有啲令人失望，冇乜味，同埋太淡！同埋無得選擇！可以有改善空間總括而言！整體表現OK、餐湯有進步空間、服務態度良好！

之前係元朗Yoho mall 食過一間好好食嘅日本餐廳 最近想再食 已經無左 而變Itamama見未食過當然入去食下啦 因為最近嘅我好多野都唔食得🥲於是我就叫左個黑松露菌皇煙肉意大利飯朋友就叫左個松露野菌汁焗雞扒珍珠飯 加左2個黑松露野菌湯 同黑松露薯條🙈咩都黑松露🙈我自己好鍾意佢個飯夠多汁唔會食到尾無曬 不過我就覺得無咩煙肉甘 當日食完我覺得似食緊素🙈都Ok多菇🙈🙈湯同薯條就一般 啦當日職員話提早盤點定清潔 要早d閂舖 所以食到甘上下職員埋黎收曬我地d碟🙈會唔會想再食 又未去到想去再食🙈如果係元朗搵唔到食咩 而又唔想等位都可以揀佢🙈當日得1-2張枱有客人🙈

    7:00am 便開門提供早晨，近Yoho Mall咁早就開門的餐廳唔係咁多。裝修西式，早餐有些似茶餐廳，不過就就有啲特色。我中意啲早餐有些菜，清新。最好食嘅係啲通粉，湯底好正！早上7:00開門後，大把位，唔使等位。到7:40都仲有位，可能不太多人知道呢間嘢（在二樓體育店旁，唔講真係唔太覺眼）。可以7:00後打定電話落order，一到間鋪等多一陣有得攞。

      Fake specials bad service but good food

      Bad:There’s an ad posted throughout the restaurant for a drink that’s supposed to be on special for$10 instead of $28, but they won’t honor the special. It turns out it ended 2 weeks ago but they haven’t taken down the ad which would take maybe 5 minutes tops to accomplish. The service was very slow because they lost one of our orders. Also we saw them mistakenly place an order on a table and then when being told a couple minutes later, they took it back to the kitchen but then brought it right

      The service was very slow because they lost one of our orders. Also we saw them mistakenly place an order on a table and then when being told a couple minutes later, they took it back to the kitchen but then brought it right back out to the person who ordered it. Also they asked us to change seats to make room for a table of four, which was fine, but they didn’t bother to clean the table after we moved.

      The food was pretty good for a good price.

      元朗難見的西餐廳，服務員大多都有禮貌，店內座位都舒適，也沒有岐視一人客，如客人不多時都可以讓客人隨意選擇座位，而且人多時也未覺會趕客，食物質素也不錯，價錢也不算貴，上菜速度都好快，最欣賞豬扒焗飯，芝士好丰富，而且可以拉絲出來，套餐都係$44＋$3凍飲，英國檸檬紅茶好飲，與一般茶餐廳不同有好香檸檬味，近似香茅味又大杯👍👍👍😋，咖啡賞試過加$8飲Cappuccino, 但係唔好飲的，反而飲餐飲凍咖啡就覺得好飲好多😋早餐選擇也很多，暫時仍然欣賞此店，會再繼續去支持！希望可持續經營，因為元朗太少這類餐廳！
