我們的tea set 分了兩張木桌子 感覺更為豐富
不過比較難拍照就是了

首先鹹食方面較為突出的只有那片芝士黑松露多士
兩面加上牛油煎得很脆
裡面的芝士半溶化再混合松露的香氣
只能瞬間把它放進肚子裡才對得起它
其他的只能說不過不失

甜點中竟然有兩款馬卡龍
賣相精美但實在讓人卻步
坊間俗稱的tiffany藍是檸檬口味
我不太喜歡 感覺在吃清潔劑
但只是我個人問題 朋友ok
另外一款藍莓就較為合我心意
不過結論都是甜死了 抱歉我不是螞蟻族

其他像是焦糖布丁 牛奶布甸 也是比較甜
值得一提的是抹茶吉士泡芙
一咬開是爆漿的程度 好滿足
另外檸檬Madeleine也是驚喜
前文說過比較怕吃到檸檬口味的甜點
但這個加了些香草籽 感覺很清新
芝士蛋糕也是我喜歡的紮實感

雖然我對它期望很高
但理性評論食物質素只屬一般
環境也比我想像中吵雜 有點茶樓的感覺
不過也讓人不會太拘謹
在ifc 裡面這個tea set 價錢簡直是恩物
有機會的話還是最想try 它們家的tea buffet
不過店員說沒有了 我才退而求其次吃set 的
也算見識到了 心滿意足回家

一次偶然的機會,來到位於ifc的ivy,開啟了一場高端的下午茶之旅。ivy的下午茶屬於西式的風格,可選單點或是多種食材的拼盤,因為人多我們就先點了拼盤,然後我自己偷偷叫了炸雞🍗😎😎 不得不說ivy的炸雞很特別,不是一般坊間隨便的炸雞,外皮炸得非常徹底地酥脆和爽口,裡面雞肉也不會油膩~另外拼盤種類可以說一應俱全,最好吃的應該是泡芙,巧克力口味和抹茶口味都不錯。此外還有甜到憂傷的馬卡龍和cheese cake😂喜歡甜食的女孩子可以一試~拼盤中我覺得最好吃的反而是烤吐司裡面夾了一些肉類?有點西式與港式的結合感,有效中和掉了甜膩的甜品口感😘飲品的方面主要為酒精類飲品,各種cocktails為主,非酒精類飲品就主要是soft drink和鮮榨果汁了,個人推薦鮮榨果汁喔~總之,ivy的下午茶雖然價格不菲,但偶爾作為午後享受還是不錯的。

拼盤中我覺得最好吃的反而是烤吐司裡面夾了一些肉類?有點西式與港式的結合感,有效中和掉了甜膩的甜品口感😘

飲品的方面主要為酒精類飲品,各種cocktails為主,非酒精類飲品就主要是soft drink和鮮榨果汁了,個人推薦鮮榨果汁喔~

總之,ivy的下午茶雖然價格不菲,但偶爾作為午後享受還是不錯的。

I eat at Ivy very often, and it is one of my fav restaurants in IFC. This time I ordered onion soup which is as good as usual. I had French green bean and foie gras. This is the only dish that disappointed me in Ivy. There is nearly no foie gras, I can see a few pieces but I just couldn't taste it. There is no foie gras flavor at all. I tried crab angelhair (forget the actual name sorry) and this is my fav dish in Ivy now. It was not on the menu when I came here last time. But this dish is very tasty and you can see a lot of real crab meat in the pasta, the whole dish is very juicy. A great tomato base pasta.

I also shared truffle fettuccine with my friend this time. This used to be my favorite pasta dish in Ivy. It's very creamy but to be honest this dish is a lil bit lack of truffle flavor to balance the creamy.

Between crab angelhair and truffle fettuccine I will definitely go for the crab one.

Ivy is a place I will go back for sure since it's easy to find a table for dinner and the average quality of food is good. It's a little bit overprice but since it's in IFC this price should be considered reasonable.

While we were sitting right under the loudspeaker and they were keep playing rock music, we requested to turned down the volume but was ignored. When the server came to introduce the food, we asked him to turn down the music as we can hardly listen to him, but he said he'd rather to speak up and ignored our request again. Since the music was just unacceptably loud and can't talk to each others, we tried to asked other servers and it remain unchanged. Eventually I complained to a looked like senior staff when he walked by, without saying a word, volume was turned lower in 10 seconds, but that was already our 4th requests. I must say no matter how good is the food, our mood was all wounded. Just can't imagine how this kind of serving attitude be allowed in this class of restaurant.

From the maitre d to the manager, they consistently proof that service is their ultimate weakness. Unless if being rude is their thing. I booked a table for lunch at 130, place was decently filled but not crazily hectic. The maitre d came along after a couple minutes of waiting. Asked me for my reservation details. Left me standing there. Without a smile she asked if my companion has arrived yet. Then, with that smack on her face brought me to my table. I don't expect a lot of service during lun

Towards the end of lunch, he came to my friend's back and loudly crushed the bread take out bag in front of her face. I think he prolly didn't like the fact that we sat for too long. But that was so rude and unacceptable. Totally shocked at what standard this industry has came down to.

Lunch set was of high quality. Steak tartare, truffle fettuccine and pineapple cake - everything delicious. Also sampled the rigatoni - love the bouncy texture. They do great pastas here, all seasonings were on point. They also provided a lovely complimentary bread bag with 4 varieties included which was fresh and very well executed.Only reservation I have in returning often is I feel the price was too high for a lunch set. It's more than Isola in the same building which includes semi buffet.

There were three slices of slightly toasted baguette in a pot filled with shellfish. On the top, there was half lobster, jumbo shrimp, crab claw, and as you digged a little more, there were lots of baby clams and more Mediterranean fishes. I liked the soup base and loved dunking seafood with rouille. I enjoyed the sauce and seasoning more than the seafood quality itself which was okay but not exceptional.

It was hard eating from a pot instead of a shallower bowl when they placed everything in it even though I thought fish was served separately. As I wasn't given any empty bowl to place the shells so I used my bread plate instead. It was indeed a busy and effortful meal. 

What made this lunch memorable though was the Pineapple Polenta Cake. It looked amazing with this golden hoop, dried and sour pineapple ring, inserted into the freshly made oval shaped ice-cream sitting on top of the warm polenta cake with sweetened pineapple chunks. It playfully teased and challenged your tastebuds.

昨天約澳門朋友見面,選了再訪中環 IFC 商場靚景食物佳的Ivy,打算品嚐$288雙人下午茶;怎知卻遇上有風乾火腿,芝士,水果,甜點及即製班戟任食的超抵週末下午茶自助餐! 這裡除有優美的中環景致,還有現場DJ打碟!而且一進場見到豐富的下午茶美食,大家都忍不住要轉軚,由悠閒下午茶變成豐富Tea buffet!  以這樣的地段、這樣的環境,下午茶自助餐只收$168/位,選擇卻很不錯,其中熱食包括:炸魚柳、馬介休球,以及後來推出的迷你漢堡包,配上他他汁、茄汁等等。其他鹹食還有三款芝士(都很美味)、三款火腿(愛吃芝士及風乾火腿的我們已夠回本),鵝肝醬多士、白麵包/麥包三文治,以及蝦肉蕃茄黑麥包。下午茶來講很不錯了!然後到雜錦水果及精緻甜點,選擇豐富包括:意大利芝士餅 Tiramisu、雙色馬卡龍、蛋白檸檬撻、藍莓杯子蛋糕、芝士蛋糕、貝殼蛋糕、士多啤梨朱古力餅、芒果卷、士多啤梨撻、迷你綠茶卷蛋、三色蛋白糖餅、士多啤梨慕絲杯、芒果慕絲杯、泡芙粒、Creme Brulee 等!還未完,Tea buffet 還有一個即製法式 Crepe Station,可按食客口味心水即場烹煮芒果/雜莓法式薄戟,一份

抵達之時妹妹睡了,甜魔媽媽與友人每款都取了一款回來,加上自選的咖啡/茶(我要了 Earl Grey,原壺上可以慢慢嘆),大合照後不客氣要開餐啦!要讚這裡的鹹點好好吃,特別火腿及芝士都有水準,甜點大致也很好,特別喜歡清新檸檬撻及超滑 Creme Brulee!

事實上,當日見不少家長都帶同幼兒一起享用 Tea buffet;不過妹妹這天睡得遲,結果睡到差不多5:30pm才醒來,打過呵欠後,能幫襯的就是這一小碟的茶點。雖然份量不多,但都是她最愛吃的三文治、芝士、火腿等等,胃納不大的妹妹可是吃得十分開心的~

Weekend Tea Buffet 於週六日及假期供應,個人認為比不少酒店的下午茶自助餐更好吃也抵吃,值得一試呢。
