之前看到杂志介绍这店,和老婆去维多利亚公园。决定去试试,店外装潢蛮好的店内环境非常狭窄,洗手间有异味卫生环境有点恶劣。座位坐得辛苦,食物种类不多。味道亦非常一般,以这价钱应该可以有更好更多选择。侍应生服务态度欠缺笑容,男经理喋喋不休,令人烦厌。简单点了点东西,就跟老婆离开。对我来说应该是第一次,亦是最后一次的光顾了

I ate the Yakitori. I especially liked the pork and the asparagus wrapped in bacon. The chicken breast and green peppers were nice too. The Lamb was tasty, but a little bit too pink/raw in the middle for me. The decor looks authentic inside, just like a restaurant in Tokyo.

He replied bluntly and said "I don't care, u just have to pay!!!" We were able to make a scene but then it was my friends bday.

呢個菜式有D似Fusion既感覺,幾有心思。
拖羅他他入面混合左拖羅粒、洋蔥、牛油果等材料,

隻隻蜆都好大隻,帶陣陣酒香,
加上蜆肉亦非常鮮甜肥美,
我同朋友三兩下手勢就清哂!
稻庭烏冬口感煙韌有彈性,
配上清甜湯底,簡簡單單,
係實而不華既美食。

一直都知天后區一帶有唔少出色既小店,
今次呢間令我同朋友都真係幾喜出望外!
雖然菜式既價格都唔平,但食得出食材用料上乘,
而且都烹調得幾有心思,
特別日子約人去食飯慶祝都唔會失禮呢。

首先一坐低,就送上小食「雪魚乾」,好香好脆口,好明顯就係即叫即烤,自己烤出黎嘅,一開波淨係呢個小食就已經食唔停口啦,好好食!!

係等嘅期間,因為屋企人好鍾意食三文魚,所以叫咗啲三文魚壽司同蛋壽司,好新鮮好味~

跟住係招牌菜「八十八拖羅金蛋」,呢個係必食!! 不能錯嘅菜式!! 因為係出邊冇呢個菜式,係佢哋自家創意嘅招牌菜~ 拖羅又係好新鮮,個蛋一定要提,佢炸度外層鬆脆,再配搭埋拖羅嘅軟林林入口即溶,口感同味道配搭都非常之一流,不得了!! 好特別好味又深刻!!

跟住係「松葉蟹黃金燒」,個蟹非常之香同新鮮有鮮味,配埋鍋巴脆脆地一齊食,非常之好味~

串燒又係我鍾意個項目,「日本和牛,豬大腸,明太子汁燒墨魚」,材料質素高,所以燒出嚟都特別好味~

最後係「和牛炒飯」,和牛好美味,啲飯炒得好香,又加少少蛋一齊炒,炒飯加蛋係絕配~

總括:呢一餐飯真係要比超級滿分,所有菜式都好impressive, 好特別有心思!! 材料好高級新鮮,食物非常之好味,真係物有所值,好滿意嘅一餐!!

朋友點的華味鳥串燒,選了雞頸肉、雞腎、雞肝還有雞尾巴。大廚的燒烤火候掌握得剛剛好,容易烤得過硬的雞腎都能保持爽滑質感。雞頸肉口感爽脆、雞肝軟糯又香味十足,連雞尾巴也烤得外脆內嫩,連對雞屁屁味道極敏感的我都吃不出半分異味,推介!可以安心吃不用怕!XD

八十八Toro金蛋
八十八居酒屋的招牌菜,整道菜上面滑溜下層卻有著堅硬的外殼,矛循又和諧的組合,設計很有心思。上層是混合了洋蔥、蕃茄、牛油果的拖羅他他,洋蔥辛辣和蕃茄鮮甜非常突出,加上拖羅自身的脂香,簡直是完美配搭。下層的金蛋外皮以吉列方式炸至金帶酥脆,但內裡的蛋仍然嫩滑軟心,相信要以極高速的手法去炸才能保持如此質感,佩服佩服。

蜆的尺寸的確巨形,在一般居酒居很少吃得到如此名符其實的食材吧?
酒煮大蜆肉厚肥美,酒味令蜆的鮮甜度更加提升,配上滑溜的稻庭烏冬,簡單卻能吃得暖洋洋的。
如此用心的居酒居已難得一遇了,雖然價格偏高但仍然值得,要謝謝朋友的推介呢!
