To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同屋企人total 3條友黎飲早茶閒日早市，11:30前埋單（有孖寶&單點8折）叫左唔係好多野食五龍點心+一碗豬骨粥+一個鳳爪排骨=$250我覺得有d 偏貴🥹🥹定係伊家飲茶係真係已經加價加到咁貴？不過味道黎講係幾好坐得都舒服雖然佢落單個app嗰度寫左話要11:30前埋單加離座先至有得平但係我哋11:30去買完單之後繼續食埋d 野(坐多左15分鐘)都冇額外收我哋錢或者趕我哋走🫣overall, 有budget 可以食

翠園📍大埔安邦路8&10號大埔超級城B區1樓136-150號舖今日同父親去大埔翠園嘆早茶，閒日加上11點前埋單，翠園既孖寶幾抵食，不過選擇比較少，以前翠園經常大排長龍，今日去到直入，目測大概得８成入座率。我們選擇２個孖寶，品嚐了春卷、鳳爪、粟米魚肚粥和鯪魚球，味道一如既往的好。春卷外皮炸得酥脆金黃，內餡係蔬菜和肉絲，非常美味。鳳爪個底用左柚皮，設計不錯，但柚皮一點味道也沒有，反而鳳爪配以獨特的醬汁，夠淋不散，好滑好好食。粟米魚肚粥會跟上一截油條，油條上檯係脆的，粥的質地非常綿密，粟米和魚肚的組合提供豐富的口感，讓人回味。最後的鯪魚球，用既係蒸的，內裡鮮嫩多汁，加點胡椒粉，沒有一點魚腥味。大埔翠園菜品的味道不錯，正價有點少貴。這裡既服務員的態度也幾好，主動及親切，為我們帶來了愉快的用餐體驗。

屋企人有飲早茶習慣，響疫情時，一般都是點外賣響屋企嘆。今日自己心血來潮想食點心，去返之前成日叫外賣點心既翠園，買幾個點心返公司做午餐。翠園既點心一直都有保證，價位同質量都係中上既水平。大埔既翠園一向都係要排隊，排個幾十張飛係好閒事，不過我今日係點外賣，外賣當然係無加一收費，但個盒同袋要收返各＄１，我一直都好想問，可唔可以自擕食物盒，或者自擕用返翠園既外賣盒得唔得？環保又慳錢。外賣既選擇比堂食少D，同埋無左孖寶，唔明點解唔比人外賣叫孖寶。鮮蝦菜苗餃～皮薄，菜苗新鮮，食到１條條菜，我覺得比菜蓉有口感。珍珠雞～糯米雞既迷你版，同樣是以荷葉包著糯米，淡淡荷葉香氣，饀料味道濃郁，肉汁豐富，啖啖滿足。羅白糕～中規中矩，比較普通，唔係好食到蘿蔔。叉燒腸粉～等外賣時，我問需要多長時間，店員說，腸粉無得急，即點即拉，果然，皮薄得來很滑，叉燒唔肥好淋，整體好好味。春卷～火喉控制得宜，皮脆但餡料好普通，之前個火鴨春卷好食好多。

今晚同屋企人食晚飯但落雨唔想去太遠嘅地方喺大埔超級城食小菜就諗起翠園🦆片皮鴨鴨皮脆脆地唔油膩 幾好食雖然係優惠價 但唔算細隻🐷糯米豬叫咗個例牌份量 6件好飽啊乳豬加糯米飯 唔錯之選🌸👅象拔蚌粉絲煲乾身 唔會太濃味叫多碗白飯 一齊食就yummy yummy 😆👅魚香茄子煲唔辣嘅魚香茄子茄子煮到好淋好淋 出街食通常都係油浸煲呢個反而唔會好油🫢同屋企人食飯黎講環境唔錯食物唔錯有優惠嘅平日性價比高☺️

一向都認為翠苑飲茶是中上水平，但此日到來飲茶令我大失所望！下午兩點半入到去，雖然只係等位約五分鐘，但侍應人數有限，服務一般，點心上菜速度慢，由落單至第一個點上枱要近半小時，自己還要自行清理食完的碗碟，叫人沖水！點心水平亦非常失望，又唔夠熱，味道一般，性價比低🙁令人極失望!
