I am a very forgiving person when it comes to eateries. People makes mistakes and standards drop once in a while. Understandable. However, I have a rational dislike for places which put pure profits before their customers' dining experience blatantly. Jam is one such place. Their parsimonious policies ruined our dining experience and we definitely won't be back.When I asked for Ketchup, the female staff passed me a bottle but stood around and actually waited for me to squeeze some before taking it back. So what? Do I have to keep going back to the counter to get more Ketchup if we wanted more?This place is also the FIRST I have been to in HK (I have been in HK over 2 years and eat out almost daily) where they plain REFUSE to top up your tea with hot water. When I approached the counter, I was told stiffly : 'We don't do refills'. Only this is not a refill because I wasn't asking for more tea. I was asking for hot water.I politely insisted because I was parched. The mug was very small (some reviewers posted photos), hardly enough. The female staff was so calculative and spiteful she actually filled only a third of my mug begrudgingly. That's around 2 gulps. Really?! Such bad business acumen! For 2/3 of a small mug of plain hot water, they have lost 2 customers.Owner needs a reality check. For a set meal over HKD$100 each (only one dish and tea/coffee), it is unacceptable to refuse us a small mug of hot water.

Came here for lunch and not really a good experience. Their seats are closed to each other making it hard to talk to your friends unless you yell out loud. Food is nothing special and the portion is not enough even for girls. I ordered a mushroom pasta and it's too salty and not really sure what sauce was that, not creamy as white sauce and I could only taste pepper. Luckily it's not oily at all. Their drinks were not special, I ordered a grape soda thing and it tasted like 有氣利賓納。really not worth the money. Staff is not friendly at all with a "black face" and there's an auntie look staff (maybe the owner) is terrible, so rude and not helping at all. Stronly recommend them to take some professional lesson on customer servicing It is a over-all disappointing experience that will not be back ever again. After-all, there's so many other choices in Wan Chai.

其實真心吾鐘意俾負評因為覺得每間餐廳都會用心待客,尤其是小店,想係香港生存要挨貴租,成本開支一定好重負擔,所以係得香港開店要好有心。奈何今日所去既小店,真係不知所謂。午市設最低消費好正常,可惜店員沒有解釋清楚,令顧客以為一定要選擇午市套餐,向顧客説明卻態度惡劣,服務性行業首要不是要客氣嗎?如果基本也做不好,怎樣做飲食?怎樣保持競爭力?食物方面,意粉太淋,茄汁味吾夠濃,蛋煎得挻香,但蛋皮太厚都煎得有少少老,食品一般,友人的咖啡不過不失。今日受盡侮辱,不相信會再光顧,希望小店改善,想到訪的朋友亦要有心理準備,對服務沒有要求也不講求食物質素的,絕對可以考慮這個地方。

Mushroom Pasta in Cream Sauce | 忌廉雜菌意粉.算是比較健康清淡之選吧 因為配料不多 只有雜菌和彩椒😌 意粉軟硬度還好 不過個人口味喜歡再硬多點😚 忌廉汁不膩不厚重 但略嫌少了點 以致意粉較乾 整體不過不失🙆🏻 跟餐加配的冰鮮果茶也不錯! 甜度剛剛好 又有鮮果粒😋cafe走優閒寧靜路線 坐得舒服 是傾計聚腳的好地方👯 不過定價稍為誰取

all day breakfast最近好流行, 但並不是每處地方款式都一樣。曾經到過外國去留學的我,經常鍾情於all day breakfast。所以今日我就到灣仔的相識餐廳去試一試佢哋的all day breakfast。這餐廳中的breakfast內有, 牛角包 ,炒雜菌 ,牛奶炒滑蛋, 薯餅 ,雞肉腸和新鮮的凱撒沙律。剛上枱時牛角包新鮮滾熱辣, 傳來陣陣的牛油香味, 一口咬落去外脆內軟,一層一層的口感層次好分明。炒雜菌 ,食得出有好重牛油味,雜菌嘅大菇味唔算太濃烈。如果比較介意菇嘅草菇味可以試一試。口感好好唔會太林又唔會太硬。牛奶炒,滑蛋雖然唔算太特別,但可以保持一貫水準唔算太油膩,ok。薯餅炸得啱啱好,唔會太燶又唔會太乾 ,食落口外脆內嫩, 夠香口。雞肉腸,食落口外皮好脆 ,有少少煙燻的香味。而且 食得出有稍為煎香過 ,香味更加洋溢。 雞肉味亦好重。凱撒沙律雖然好多地方都有得食。但新鮮的沙律菜最重要 。他們的凱撒沙律菜可以保持新鮮的嫩度,明顯睇得出佢地對食物材料的新鮮嘅堅持 ,再配合獨有的沙律醬食落好fresh。
