We were fine for a quick lunch then she added with an attitude “you must be up at 1pm sharp”. How frigging rude was that? 今日,有同事心血來潮想試試位於太古城嘅餐廳蘇浙匯。於是乎一到午飯時間,我們一行五個人浩浩蕩蕩咁就出發去蘇浙匯度食午餐啦。我哋一行人連埋炒飯同甜品一共叫咗九個餸。有啲食物因為太好食嘅關係呢冇影到相就已經俾人清晒啦。仲有每人一盒例湯,冇得彈。最後埋單平均每個人大約$170左右。物超所值。我個人最喜歡就係到賽螃蟹,值得推薦。

是晚,來到蘇浙匯用餐。飯局主人知我離滬已久,安排吃江浙菜一解思鄉之愁。定位姐姐說晚飯分幾個parts非常嚴格按照規定時間離席。木耳比較清爽的小菜。醉雞我對於醉雞欣賞程度麻麻。這個醉雞皮處結了水晶凍,真是有些人的心頭好。魚片魚片是滑爽的。蝦仁顆粒是河蝦大小。薑汁湯圓有酒釀,酒釀頗甜。糰子芝麻餡,口感正常吃完這幾個菜,差不多也到離席時間了,週末圓滿的句號。

蘇浙會早年最期待的食物就是那個醉蟹,近期試過他們的午餐,發覺也是不錯的。最喜歡還是哪個魚頭粉皮湯,但要提一提他們的魚頭粉皮湯入面應該是有些酒的,因為喝下去的時候有點點酒味,魚湯是奶白色,加少許胡椒粉在上面,味道十分吸引。午餐來說價錢大約每位200至250元。

中午想要飲茶,一行人到了太古城中心後才發現每間酒樓也十分多人輪候排隊。實在不想等45分鐘,最後經過蘇浙匯發現挺多座位就入去試試了。內裡格調較為高尚優雅,服務超級有禮,茶壺一放下立即走來加水,食物上菜超快的,味道也很好,印象最深刻的是印尼蝦餅和燻魚,燻魚可以說是近來吃過最好吃的一間,印尼蝦餅的餅皮彈牙,上面的蝦醬汁可口,連脆脆的蝦皮一起吃好好味呢!在門口看到餐廳介紹的牌子說是米芝蓮一星餐廳,怪不得真的挺有水準呢。
