都係朋友話我知用信用卡有優惠帶我嚟試。八月花都開咗好多年亦都有好多分店,不過價位偏高,以中式酒樓亦都有好多選擇,如果想同朋友家人坐得舒服,的確可以嚟試吓。第一次食佢嘅叉燒,真係食完想再返嚟再試,叉燒嘅味道調校得剛剛好,不會太甜,亦都不會烤得太乾,保留叉燒肥瘦一字的口感,肉質偏軟,廣東叉燒一般較爽口。酥香鴨份量很足夠,表皮烤得非常香脆,肉質油味偏重,鴨肉亦非常柔軟。老火湯用料足,去酒樓兩餸一湯,的確是叫餸食飯的基本,香港人始終都鍾意飲碗湯,暖一暖胃。蟹肉伊麵,不過不失,醬汁過多,伊麵與醬汁混合在一起,味道略嫌不足,而蟹肉本身沒有什麼味道,單靠醬汁混合粉漿做出的效果沒有想像中這麼好吃。菜式口感尚算平均,總括價錢銅鑼灣區也可以有更好的選擇。

第一次食佢嘅叉燒,真係食完想再返嚟再試,叉燒嘅味道調校得剛剛好,不會太甜,亦都不會烤得太乾,保留叉燒肥瘦一字的口感,肉質偏軟,廣東叉燒一般較爽口。
酥香鴨份量很足夠,表皮烤得非常香脆,肉質油味偏重,鴨肉亦非常柔軟。
老火湯用料足,去酒樓兩餸一湯,的確是叫餸食飯的基本,香港人始終都鍾意飲碗湯,暖一暖胃。
蟹肉伊麵,不過不失,醬汁過多,伊麵與醬汁混合在一起,味道略嫌不足,而蟹肉本身沒有什麼味道,單靠醬汁混合粉漿做出的效果沒有想像中這麼好吃。
菜式口感尚算平均,總括價錢銅鑼灣區也可以有更好的選擇。

每次飲茶送來的腸粉不祇是暖而是十分冰凍,似乎在冰箱取出來給人客食那種感覺,反映給經理後還發脾氣說我們不明白,廚房出點心不是即時奉上給客人,這個我明白,但也不可能放置在廚房等到被冷氣吹到冰凍到腸粉變成硬到僵晒才給客人吧! 另外很多有肉類的點心或蒸飯,無論豬肉還是雞肉的口感都不像肉類,若非你看見還以為自己在食豆腐一樣,像棉花雞、蒸排骨、肉片蒸飯等。這也反映過給經理,但之後一點改善都沒有,難道八月花是專門為牙齒不好的客人服務?

今日中午兩個人吃午餐,叫 蝦腸、鵝肝春卷、素粉果、雞包仔、柚皮鳳爪。鵝肝春卷先來,咁快到當然炸定,不脆又無鵝肝味道。蝦腸來到大家都諗:腸粉唔好攤凍食,點知一放入口,一丁點暖都無,蝦就彈牙但一丁點味道都沒有,豉油就更加差,只有甜味沒有豉油味道,我又不是叫甜品,點解豉油只有甜味?唔係睇住隻蝦,一定以為食緊像膠。柚皮鳳爪又係只有甜味道,柚皮就更恐,放入口中以為咬著 洗碗的海棉,唔‘淋’唔入味!最正常就是素粉果及雞包仔。原本還想叫個肉絲炒麵,諗吓不如出去食其它食物好過!這家以往都有食開,水準一向好過 美心皇宮、翠園。但今次之後真係唔想再到美心集團食飯。

八月花一向性價比高,食材及味道也不錯。來了很多次,今次飲茶吃點心、吃小菜。年尾時節有特別點心推出:臘腸卷,味道尚可,但臘腸比較肥。酥炸鯪魚球:酒樓有蒸鯪魚球及炸鯪魚球,個人覺得炸比較好味,外邊香口惹味,內裏魚肉香滑。炸沙律香茜餃子:近日才推出的菜式,外皮香脆,內裏帶點芫茜的香味,配上沙律醬, 幾好味。叉燒酥:一貫的味道,但稍嫌油了一點。海參蹄筋炆鵝掌:海參是味道爽脆的一種,蹄筋很有彈牙,但個人較喜歡煮焾一點,鵝掌正常的味道,芡汁香濃。

星期五放工即興晚飯輕鬆下😋諗住銅鑼灣皇室煲八月花自開張之後,一直無幫襯過,即刻打電話check 下有冇枱☎️即晚都有,其實都有少少擔心🙄但以往在其他分店嘅經驗都唔差,所以就試吓。記得十多年前第一次去同系列的尖沙咀八月居,真係驚為天人👍之後去過鰂魚涌八月花,可以接受。但今次真係差、差、差👎👎👎.首先,店舖裝修非常普通,唔似美心集團嘅style.分兩區:近門口🚪的位置,全部枱無枱布,而且枱和椅子🪑都係茶餐廳款式,基本上同在茶檔食飯無分別。入面位置,全部枱有枱布,但也不見得美觀。.可能我即時訂枱,所以坐出面茶餐廳位置,已經有啲沮喪,無乜胃口,點咗:.蝦仁炒滑蛋🥢好油膩,碟蛋真係返光的🙈菜遠炒班球🥢非常之油膩,一塊塊滿是油的魚片🐟底下嘅菜芯🥬充滿光澤,油浸一樣白粥🥢真係好利害,粥面都見到油蛋白杏仁茶🥢算是全晚最正常,不過size 只係大茶杯少少.真係好嚇人的一餐晚飯,好難想像集團會有一間咁差的食店,呢間應該係我暫時食過呢個集團最差的一間食肆,希望佢哋可以檢討一下😤

首先,店舖裝修非常普通,唔似美心集團嘅style.

皇室堡啲酒樓一般好多人,但係一早八月花真係冇咩人,可能因為太貴,所以要到11.30am後,先至人多。可惜,美心集團做得太差,點心上枱沒有熱度,點心外面是冷的,粥品只係暖而唔係熱!可能由於唔夠員工,點心要半個鐘先到!一個字形容水準…..差!而且安排每枱用餐時間90分鐘,根本唔係嘆茶,呢個亦都係美心集團嘅失敗!點心嘅水準只不過係一般般,冇咩驚喜!腸粉都係凍㗎,蒸鯪魚球根本就唔熱,粥攞到落嚟只不過係暖嘅!

椒麻醬雞甫,味道微辣,開胃。

茶燻鴨配荷葉餅-賣相擺設唔錯,半只份量亦足夠,跟左辣醬,鴨醬同埋子薑,夾住荷葉餅食,幾特別。

豉汁帶子蒸豆腐-雖然普通,但清清地都唔錯。

蟹籽蟹肉燴伊麵-味道適中,略嫌伊麵有點淋。

三個人埋單$700左右,以出品環境及服務計,價錢非常合理,一啲都唔貴,可再幫襯。

今天晚上,和家人一行六人,在銅鑼灣皇室堡的八月花共享晚餐。 點了的餸菜包括:花雕醉乳鴿(酒味甚輕,差點吃不出有花雕)松子竹笙魚米(好味,但有少許油膩感)蒜子火腩扣大鱔(大鱔很入味,但火腩就少了些,只得兩塊)翡翠炒生班球(西蘭花味道偏鹹,班球還可以)鴛鴦豆腐會加拿大龍蝦肉( 原來鴛鴦豆腐是蒸豆腐及豆腐潤)生菜包乳鴿崧(乳鴿與生菜,味道很夾)安格斯半熟牛肉沙律 (牛肉竟然全熟,沙律汁偏濃)花膠絲瑤柱泡菜苗(是今晚唯一一樣比較清淡的餸)之後再點了以下的甜品: 蛋白杏仁茶,薑汁雙皮奶,龍鬚雞蛋散,蓮蓉西米焗布甸,雪糕楊枝甘露幾款熱食的甜品都不夠熱,蓮蓉西米焗布甸的蓮蓉少得吃了也不覺,蛋白杏仁茶偏甜,薑汁雙皮奶太硬....

Other Info. : 雖然八月花採用了機械人把廚房的菜送到每張枱旁, 但酒樓的侍應明顯不足, 往往是機械人已把菜送到枱旁,然後還要等一會兒侍應才來把菜捧上。 某信用卡有優惠,餸菜75折後, 人均消費港幣250 (折扣前人均消費為港幣330), 感覺性價比不高。
