Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 在銅鑼灣吃中菜,很喜歡來皇室堡八月花,因為環境舒適,而且某些小菜唔錯。今晚點了芥辣炸蝦球,帶子蒸豆腐,龍蝦汁泡飯和芝士大蝦魚麵。芥辣炸蝦球用粉漿炸過外加芥辣汁,味道很好,每次來這兒必點。龍蝦汁泡飯,飯泡在濃稠的龍蝦汁很是惹味。帶子蒸豆腐,今日啲帶子淡而無味,豆腐不滑,這個菜麻麻地。芝士大蝦魚麵,濃稠的芝士汁加上滑滑的魚麵,配上煎香的大蝦,非常美味。
