京麵 (Closed)

今日想食中式麵，行行下見到這間。平日我都好愛吃麵，因為有d 湯濕下個口。行入這小店，單是麵既種類有4種，而湯底又有4種。最緊要，係有我最愛的羊肉，所以唔駛多講，未食都興奮。我即時吃了碗薄切「羊肉麻辣湯寬麵」。老闆娘見我帶住個小朋友，仲建議我吃個唔辣湯底，好讓亞女可以食，實在太細心，其後佢專登吃師傅煮個麻辣湯另上給我，這個行為就係窩心喇! 講返食物，我們一家吃齊胡椒，麻辣及清湯。胡椒個湯，真係好驚喜，味濃，胡椒味種，入口唔「那」喉，真係想飲晒佢。而羊肉味，當然冇得頂。所以今次真係要俾10個like 佢。

羊肉新鮮，終於有羊味！唔似出面的店，把羊肉調味到沒有羊肉的感覺。愛羊的朋友，不防一試！湯底：第一次試過酸辣，與羊肉很合配；第二次就試清湯，味道很好，真的很有心煲出來的湯底。麵條：質地有咬口，不同寬度有不同口感，本人試過粗亦試過幼，親托不同湯底亦有另一番滋味！小食：試過麻辣雲耳，辣度不夠，不食辣的朋友比較啱；愛辣的朋友，反而會失望！因為只有一種辣度，沒有選擇。而雲耳切得太細片，令口感不太滿足。下次會再試埋另外兩款湯底及麵條。

今日走入西貢，又同屋企人去食京面，入到去見到轉左新menu，可以自己揀面底同湯底我揀左肥牛河手工麵「中面麻辣底」，自家麵果然夠彈，麻辣湯底有自己特色既麻味☺️👍🏻😋

This time tried the noodles with peppery broth and chose the flat noodles.The broth was better and not as salty as my first visit with a strong white pepper taste.It is a pity that I won't back because I just don't like the noodles they offer but the broths are delicious.

Tried this new noodle joint in Sai Kung because I was craving for some spicy food again.They specialize in two types of noodles: flat and round The menu has Chinese and English. Ordered the lamb in Sichuan peppercorn broth and chose the round noodles.The presentation was a bit boring but the broth was extremely strong and had a strong numbing sensation.I made the wrong choice choosing the round noodles because they were too chewy and firm and the broth was too salty to the point that it tasted b
