龍井茶香清新,入口帶少少甘甜,唔會太濃亦唔會太淡,侍應仲會幫客人適時加茶水,服務貼心。雖然好飲,但茶味價錢比坊間普通茶樓確係貴唔少。

紫菜花生脆香中帶絲絲紫菜碎,比平時酒樓嘅花生🥜更添風味。酸菜則微甜多酸,切成細細幼幼的一條一條,爽脆開胃。

1. 雙色鎮江肴肉、蔥油海哲頭、魚子醬海鹽糖心燻蛋
- 拼盤擺盤精緻,令人賞心悅目。鎮江肴肉是長方形的一塊,前面咖啡色的部分是醋啫喱,後面深粉色的部分是肉味濃郁的鹹香肴肉,無需蘸醋,調味已是恰到好處;蔥油海哲頭爽爽脆脆,帶點鹹鮮;燻蛋則是半熟嘅蛋黃流心配上魚子醬,加上撒在表面的少許海鹽,微鹹的調味鹹得有層次,最後吞落去會有煙熏香氣散發到口內。

- 湯底濃郁,螺頭味非常突出,啖啖都飲得出係用時間慢火燉出嚟嘅精華。金華火腿同瑤柱加深咗湯嘅鹹鮮味,而瘦肉同雲南真菌則令湯水更加清潤。

- 蝦球大大隻,彈牙鮮甜,醬汁類似甜辣醬,唔會太辣,蝦球旁邊的炸辣椒乾,香而不嗆,看似係伴碟裝飾,但其實值得咀嚼一下。

4. 百葉子櫻桃肉
櫻桃肉其實就是東坡肉,入口即化,調味帶少少甜味但唔會過重,百葉子則是豆腐皮,本身不濃味,正好平衡五花肉的濃味,非常高質的一道餸,據說係佢地嘅招牌。
