To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 荃灣海之戀彩會軒酒樓幾乎每星期都會同家人飲茶,因為彩福集團點心都有保證,地點方便,而且今次有親戚由英國回港,所以特別約咗喺呢間酒樓飲茶,唉!今次竟然食了一半的豉椒排骨發現有隻小強🪳且size亦不是太細隻,立刻把嘴裏的排骨吐出,大家都感到很嘔心,其餘啲點心都無胃口再吃下去了!亦立即反映給一位女部長,但反應冷淡只是想盡快拿走碟點心便算數,一聲道歉都沒有,所以永遠都不會幫襯了!曱甴在點心裏出現,真是最低級嘅錯誤!失敗!

非常滿意彩薈軒嘅食物質素🙌🙌 真係碟碟都令我有驚喜, 終於感受到中式大廚嘅功架, 係近幾年食得最滿意嘅中菜👍
