朋友生日揀咗呢間中菜館食飯,裡面環境都算細,座位有啲迫,我哋就揀咗以下食物。椒鹽九肚魚:香脆,微辣,十分惹味!越式墨魚餅:香脆,內裏有墨魚粒,食落口感豐富,墨魚香味濃郁。新鮮鹽焗雞:鹹香嫩滑。白灼手切牛肉:牛味濃郁,有嚼勁。紅燒脆皮鴿:皮薄香脆,汁多肉嫩,香口又惹味!豉油煎蝦:爽口惹味,但比較鹹。花甲蒸蛋:花甲鮮甜,蒸蛋嫩滑。酸菜魚:魚肉鮮甜,嫩滑,湯底,唔夠酸又唔夠麻辣,比較清淡,味道一般。整體食物質素係好食嘅,店員服務態度良好,我哋個個食得好滿足,下次都會再嚟食。

For veggie I wanted to try something different so we ordered Gracilaria in minced garlic (蒜茸龍鬚菜). The gracilaria has an interesting smooth texture and very luscious to the bite. Loved it.

The most disappointing dish was the prawns with fried rice vermicelli. The prawns were alright but the fried rice vermicelli was bland and fried in a thick batter. The sauce that came with it though packed with lobster essence it still failed to redeem it.

先唔講價錢,食物質素偏咸,(可能我熱氣),仲有,食完等於冇食,每道菜隔20分鐘以上,食完一碟先上一碟,如果想試法國菜嘅感覺可以一試,食飯份量方面,少得可憐,每人夾一舊已經食完碟餸,總結,3個字:「空虛感」幾十年未寫過咁多字,但係為咗評分,要寫200字以上,唯有繼續作,但係呢間聚興家值得我寫200字,但係………..食到最後竟然有驚喜,就係最後一個餸竟然漏單,全晚最開心就係呢一刻,即刻埋單走人,以上純粹個人感覺,不喜勿插!

幾十年未寫過咁多字,但係為咗評分,要寫200字以上,唯有繼續作,但係呢間聚興家值得我寫200字,但係………..食到最後竟然有驚喜,就係最後一個餸竟然漏單,全晚最開心就係呢一刻,即刻埋單走人,以上純粹個人感覺,不喜勿插!
