新鮮蘋果切成薄薄一片再疊成蛋糕塔,外觀可愛迷人。蘋果香甜不膩,入口有層層口感,底層的鬆脆酥皮為蛋糕塔增添豐富層次感,焦糖忌廉和雲呢拿雪糕能夠平衡蘋果的酸度,完美地為這頓飯作結。

永乐街转角处新开的Mediterranean Bistro,本来对于开盲盒一样的新店体验兴趣不大,不过听说是位于歌赋街的西班牙菜餐厅Chueca团队主理,这才决定来试一下。·菜式比较经典,也不算特别多,整体来说就是南法、意大利菜和tapas几种cuisine的结合。人均正常,但是份量很迷你,感觉价格都花在了地段和环境上。·点的大部分都是Chef’s Signature,但没有一道说得上喜欢。黑松露意面这个价格不如Pici,口感还行,不过奶酪酱汁调得太腻,黑松露没什么香气,刨了几片也只是象征性。·Whipped Feta把Feta筛成了近似希腊酸奶的半固态质地,若不靠淋在表面的蜂蜜调味,味道也像无糖希腊酸奶一样蛮酸的,有点出乎意料。·生蚝和海鲈鱼比较雷,前者肉质既不饱满,吃起来还有点腥。Baked Seabass肉质硬而糙,入味程度一般,配菜也给得小心翼翼。·服务还行,但不停暗示着要么加菜要么赶紧结账走,人气比想象中高,但就之前在Chueca的体验相比,这家新店让我有点失望。
