今次同朋友各點了葡萄酒,我點的是Vignoble Sauvignon Blanc,酒體輕盈,酸度適中,帶熱帶水果的香氣,不會太strong,不錯!
而朋友這杯Cava Maset,口感順滑,汽泡細密,果香味,很容易入口,朋友很喜歡~

It was a wonderful brunch for a group of 4. We hav ordered brunch set, selections are abundant, portion is appropriate. We have smaller appetite but were able to finish most of the dishes. Really in love with the Egg Tonnato, Tuna tartare and the famous seafood Fideos.Service is superb and staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

✅✅✅Seafood fideos. 如果鍾意蝦味一定會覺得好好食 (但受唔到的應該會覺得太濃)。龍蝦汁濃郁得來唔澀,係好香蝦頭膏的味道,超級鮮❤️短管粉估唔到咁chewy,每個窿窿都入晒湯汁‼️西班牙紅蝦半生熟,肉質仲係生蝦的黏黏質地,鮮甜的。蝦頭都有膏!🤤

✅Pork ribs. 豬肋骨燉到淋晒,輕輕用叉吉開都可以分啲肉出來🤩 而肉質唔會好似啲煲湯肉咁鞋,佢都幾滑的。d醬用柑桔同石榴蜜做,果香令肉食落無咁膩,甜甜地。薯仔泥但可惜連皮一齊,入面的薯仔都未係好化開,稱唔上係泥🥲同埋發現成碟個底好多油,油浸咁。但個豬係好食的。

✅Tiramisu. 好大杯!不過當晚我地2杯的質素差好遠,一杯係好食的tiramisu,夠濕潤,有酒味,連埋mascarpone一齊食都唔膩😝但另一杯超乾啊啊啊,入面的ladyfingers完全係乾的,冇浸過咁,食到啲蛋糕/餅乾粗糙的組織😵‍💫 如果計好食個杯係ok既。
