這間麵包店,離開西九龍商場那邊比較遠,因此比較少光顧。後來臨走,就來試試吧。發現麵包都比較薄,一來比較薄身,二來內裏餡料比較少,像這個吞拿魚包,薄薄的麵包,內裏吞拿魚極少。腸仔包的口感亦都不太好,麵包就不鬆軟亦都不夠香。蛋撻就完全不同,撻底夠硬夠脆,的確有點曲奇的韻味,中間的蛋雖然不算非常之流心,動來動去的樣子,但是蛋味香濃。撻底夠脆,味道不錯。很多麵包店都這樣,將蛋撻放在門面,但是每當客人要的時候,店員又要走出去為客人夾蛋撻,增添了麻煩。 continue reading

我朋友話呢間既蛋白蛋撻幾好食所以一收工就特登搭118過深水埗試試去到門口見到蛋撻位無晒蛋撻心唸唔係咁好賣下話-0-""如果係咁好賣應該好快會再出爐~所以企左係度等。見到個牌寫住2蚊個,12蚊半打....咁2蚊個仲洗乜再寫12蚊半打呢2x6咪12囉-.-""??等左5分鐘見到新鮮出爐蛋撻喇心唸仲唔係我即刻買到a_a我同餅舖既售餅員講要半打蛋白蛋撻,未食過緊係先黎試試佢既蛋白蛋撻啦售餅員夾呀夾...咦~點解佢開定3個大盒既@@??原來...係有人book左我都係岩岩好仲淨番半打可以唔洗等下輪實在太誇張喇連買蛋撻都要排隊望望下發覺頭先明明係無人係度等咖嘛~而家突然多左2個男人企左係門前好似等野咁...一個半打蛋撻半打蛋白蛋撻,咁仲有2個大盒呢@_@?唔會用大盒載我果半打下話...又唔係喎o_o原來果個男人買成2打半走誇張!!!!!洗唔洗買咁多呀-_-""終於到我地喇~~~點知個售餅員話有個爛左得5個~咁我唯有買5個啦我朋友就買左10蚊咖啡味曲奇餅,都幾多喎~我拎埋佢果10蚊入去比錢順便退番2蚊,包蛋撻果個女人就行埋黎同個售餅員講清楚:【你而家收佢10蚊餅錢,退番2蚊蛋撻錢比佢,你收佢8蚊得咖喇】都ok喎夠清晰,服務唔錯仲唸住5個都可以有個盒拎走,原來係無的-w-都係用膠袋~o....行左一個街口到北河街我朋友話d蛋撻最好即刻食,我地就企左係北河街街市旁邊速戰速決攞起手都幾軟熟,蛋白蛋撻個蛋白面已經由出爐果陣突起脹卜卜變左收縮左少少lu~~咬落口原來d皮係有2層,外層看似曲奇皮但其他內裡係蘇皮係蛋白同撻殼中間好似有d似係椰絲bun果d口感,幾得意d蛋白好滑~仲滑過普通有埋蛋黃既蛋撻一咬落去原來入面仲熱辣辣仲出緊煙咖味道呢都ok咖,不過比起普通有埋蛋黃既蛋撻就無咁甜但都幾香!!!試埋朋友既咖啡味曲奇,外表雖然四四方方平平無奇,但眼見有d一細塊既白色東西,原來係杏仁!!!聞落好香咖啡味,咬落口唔會好甜有輕微既咖啡味,但食完塊餅個口就充滿住遺留既咖啡香味,唔錯唔錯!!!鍾意食咖啡糖或者飲咖啡既人都應該會幾鍾意 continue reading

早前路過此餅店的時候, 看見門外的冷藏櫃放置了多種不同口味的瑞士卷. 看見其中的芒果瑞士卷好像很吸引, 11元都不太貴所以最後買了回家.蛋糕的部份只有輕微的芒果味, 也欠缺蛋香. 雖然放在冷藏櫃但尚能保持鬆軟. 整體來說只算一般. continue reading
