呢間餐廳係Mirror Jer、AK、AK親哥和Error肥仔聯手經營,舊年12月在尖沙咀開張後,一直都好受歡迎。逢星期三及星期日仲有150分鐘串燒放題,好吸引。由於咁岩個日撞唔到放題日,所以都係單點鍾意食既野😋店內裝潢以黑金色設計為主,滿滿型格日式風格,食物主打各種高級食材串燒,全部都是即叫即燒,另外仲有刺身壽司,亦可以叫清酒同朋友小酌一杯。 吞拿魚三文魚籽牛油果用玻璃杯裝好精美,杯底係吞拿魚蓉、上面鋪滿三文魚籽及牛油果,份量都唔少,吞拿魚好新鮮,食落冇腥味,三款材料加埋都幾夾。 日本味噌雞肝醬Tapas咁岩法包用哂,所以用餅乾代替,塗滿雞肝醬,味道唔鹹,口感幼滑,仲有一陣陣油香😋鹽燒牛舌🐮部份採用咗牛舌心,厚度適中,香濃牛味,而且好淋身,仲燒得啱啱好,食材優質簡單調味已經好好食。大蔥雞肉串雞腿肉質新鮮嫩滑,甘香肥美,咬落滿口肉汁,好滋味。甲羅燒蟹蓋入面裝滿蟹膏同埋三文魚籽,仲食到少少蟹肉,蟹膏嘅鹹香好鮮甜。汁燒大啡菇大啡菇好有驚喜,一上枱已經聞到好大陣菇味,咬落去好Juicy,爆哂菇汁,師傅處理得好好😋牛肉稻庭烏冬烏冬煮得好煙韌,牛肉新鮮,食得出淡淡的牛奶香味,簡單嘅烏冬都煮得好好食。三文魚及油甘魚壽司魚生油脂分布均勻,食得出用料新鮮,壽司飯酸度適中,水準不錯。 牛油果軟殼蟹卷卷物有4大件,軟殼蟹炸得好香脆又juicy配上牛油果同黑松露醬,用料好用心,卷物口感極豐富,味道濃郁。 continue reading

由AK、 Jer 同肥仔合開,門口擺滿佢哋嘅應援物。本身以為得個名,點知當晚點左既串燒全部都好好味!•͈౿•͈𓊯晚市每位送腐皮雞湯,聽聞由日本師傅主理,食材亦係來自日本,環境舒適,可以慢慢坐。𖠁燒雞翼 - 雞皮非常薄,繼紅磡「竹」之後,暫時覺得最好食嘅燒雞翼𖠁月見燒雞肉棒 - 每次去串燒店必食,咬到裏面嘅雞軟骨𖠁豚肉蘋果串 - 蘋果香甜,保留爽口感,剛好中和豚肉既膩𖠁燒帆立貝-雖然唔大粒,但味道調配得好好𖠁燒安格斯牛小排 - 肥膏分佈均勻,燒到medium好juicy,充滿油脂焦香味𖠁燒飯團 - 以為無餡好dry, 原來係有味飯,外脆內軟,唔會好黏𖠁九龍球 𓏍-賣相已經好吸晴,食落好fresh,雖然只係生果大菜糕餐牌仲有其他菜式,下次要試埋卷物同玉子燒。🔖Book位要落deposit,可能太多人放飛機。 continue reading
