想試依間金福茶餐廳好耐!因為門口有個橫額大大隻字寫住某某餐廳既廚師過左黎做「馳名山東燒雞」而果間餐廳就係較早之前 執咗本人係果間餐廳既超級fan屎所以一直好想試😛先講環境:無咩環境可言 普通港式茶餐廳一間唔好expect 坐得太舒服不過我又唔mind 話灑今餐focus 係食物到一坐低 餐牌都唔洗睇 就叫左個山東燒雞既lunch set(山東燒雞飯$55)🐓睇圖見到同較早前果間餐飯 個食物賣相都有幾分相似🙂味道方面 我就講一講等d未食過既人知下佢係有超多超多蒜頭同醋同豉油做一個醬汁其實我麵唔知我係食緊回憶同佢既味道不過in conclusion 我覺得好味同食得我好開心 continue reading

天氣開始轉涼,打工仔嘅小妹,收工後覺得又攰又餓😩經過皇后大道,看見一個Sharp醒的海報「招牌山東雞」🤩擊中勁鐘意食雞嘅我😍於是進店一試⋯⋯等咗十分鐘左右,一碟邪惡的山東雞送到我面前:外面是深黃色,應該煮得幾入味啵!咬啖試試先,雞肉口感幼嫩!再細味真d先,口腔透出陣陣香料味:花椒、八角、桂皮⋯⋯ 忍唔住,食完一件又一件,仲好快就比我KO唒添🤤一碟小菜,已經感受到廚師制作的用心,相信其他小菜都會有驚喜。我搵到我的新飯堂了,嘻嘻!🥰 continue reading

點咗招牌山東雞同生炒骨,廚師手勢好好,非常有鍋氣,食得好開心!最喜歡的是山東雞,蒜香十分之野味,雞肉又滑又新鮮,最估唔到係個底仲有好多素雞,兩款雞質感各有不同!生炒骨唔會軟綿綿,香脆可口酸甜適中,食咗兩碗飯。食過咁多間茶餐廳,呢間生炒骨最有肉感,唔會成堆粉的。上菜快手,環境可接受,老闆好客整體有驚喜!餐廳有時幾多人,但上菜唔洗等好耐,我們渡過了愉快的一天晚上。食過番尋味,下次一定再嚟幫襯山東雞! continue reading
