To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 环境还可以，但是不好吃，菠萝包是预制的那种，感觉像超市里面的那种面包给你加热了一下。咸柠七也不好喝。只收现金和八达通。这里的价格也有些贵，比湾仔那边的价格还要贵一些。

金記冰室（赤柱）赤柱佳美道23號～赤柱廣場地下102＆103號舖今日放假，特意入去赤柱逛市集，順道去左金記冰室食下午茶餐，環境濶落，地方夠大。我食左野菌雲耳魚柳泡飯$45，配雪梨羅漢果熱飲$5。魚柳用越南雪魚柳，口感都唔錯，魚湯好濃又好味；雪梨羅漢果熱飲較為略甜。一個人自由自在，去到邊食到邊，一樂也！
