年紀越大,其實越來少食月餅了。因成份大多不健康,多吃無益。我們家平常都比較喜歡金腿伍仁月餅。今年試了金記冰室的金腿伍仁月餅,八月時訂才$228,價錢合理,但質素超乎所望哩!低糖雙黃白蓮蓉月餅 $296(before 21/8 early bird price: $168) 金腿伍仁月餅 $336(before 21/8 early bird price: $228)外間有些金腿伍仁月餅很乾,但這款金記冰室的金腿伍仁月餅有果汁在內。食時有絲絲金華火腿的咸香,再加少許果汁甜,合在一起就味道非常獨有。金華火腿月餅又含多款果仁,口感豐富,感覺亦是比較健康。食落又不覺乾,足料又傳統。想不到茶餐廳制作的月餅,都有此水準。絕對是下年中秋 encore 之選。

在公司旁邊,所以久不久都會幫襯。其實算係看著他開門,都租埋旁邊店舖。店舖大左後,明顯東西越來越搵笨,叫外賣d飯越來越少,每次都要叫‘多飯’才剛剛吃飽。送越來越小,但味道ok所以都還可以接受。但是最近幾次,越來越離譜。今天43蚊買個‘馬來咖哩雞球飯’,但最終回來後,整個飯盒都是薯仔,得一塊雞!我覺得無論如何都無任何藉口,40幾蚊叫人買薯仔飯,平時唔夠飽都唔洗咁啊!上次買個雞排火腿飯,又得快火腿,雞排都唔記得放!今次都真係好過份!以後唔去啦,呃人錢!

中秋節到了,又是應下節食番件月餅,每年中秋,我多數都是食雙黃白蓮蓉月餅。上個月我家人買了一盒「金記冰室」的金腿伍仁月餅,在8月21日買有 early bird 優惠,原價是$336,現在只是$228。盒子上的圖畫是一幅古裝的嫦娥,她拿著一碟月餅,圖畫都帶出中國傳統風情,盒子上面寫上「金記冰室自1967年」,也寫上了香港制造,讓我們食得更放心。一切開已經看見月餅的餡料都好真材實料,皮薄餡多,果仁一共有五款,都是佈滿在金華火腿內,還有一些鮮果乾,一咬已經感都好香口,啖啖都是金華火腿的鹹味甘香,加上有五仁,口感相當有嚼勁而煙韌,同時也有果仁的香味,更有齒頰留香,美味可口。一家人過時過節,中秋也是人月兩團圓的大日子,一家人一起賞月品嚐月餅,感到幸福滿瀉了......

今年的中秋節說會打風甚麼的,但到了迎月的晚上還是很平靜,倒是天上出現了有點粉紅色的月亮,很特別呢。每年中秋亦會收到很多不同種類的月餅,說實話實在很浪費,親戚間人人一盒,那吃很那麼多,傳統的,新派的,朱古力的,雪糕的,統統拿會公司與同事分享,只留下伍仁跟雙黃跟家人食,家人只喜歡傳統月餅。今年收到較少見的金記,不是大牌連鎖店的,包裝用上紙盒,質感不錯,大大個香港制造,令人食很安心點。打開後油水不錯喎,好吸引呢。金記冰室,一個已很重,好有份量。伍仁月很硬很難切開的,金記的亦是,切下相當有手感,切開後亦不會散,但咬落柔軟碰不死硬。十分香的瓜子,果仁味,少少甜,仲有好多金華火腿,口感煙韌,味道一級棒!除了大X老餅家,金記的伍仁算是吃過中最不錯的。

伍仁月很硬很難切開的,金記的亦是,切下相當有手感,切開後亦不會散,但咬落柔軟碰不死硬。十分香的瓜子,果仁味,少少甜,仲有好多金華火腿,口感煙韌,味道一級棒!

除了大X老餅家,金記的伍仁算是吃過中最不錯的。

最近流行懷舊元素,於是在某晚去了60年代的金記冰室食晚膳,雖然這冰室曾經結業,但幸好2013年重開,讓更多年輕人感受60年代的冰室,由於當天是平日,店內食客也不多,但店舖裝飾簡直一流,牆身掛滿了算盤,座位也跟足以前的冰室,讓人有份格外溫暖的感覺至於食物方面,我和友人叫了幾set晚餐,但最令我們滿意,是咖哩雞扒公仔麵,一來咖哩汁味道配搭恰當,又不會太辣,適合不太吃辣的朋友,二來雞扒也煎得香脆脆,淋上咖哩汁令肉質更加柔軟,三來公仔麵口感,又不會太硬,值得推介總括而言,香港已經很少這種冰室了,也很希望可以一直將這種文化可以延續下去

至於食物方面,我和友人叫了幾set晚餐,但最令我們滿意,是咖哩雞扒公仔麵,一來咖哩汁味道配搭恰當,又不會太辣,適合不太吃辣的朋友,二來雞扒也煎得香脆脆,淋上咖哩汁令肉質更加柔軟,三來公仔麵口感,又不會太硬,值得推介
總括而言,香港已經很少這種冰室了,也很希望可以一直將這種文化可以延續下去

Lunch時間12點去食,未係好多人,我叫左常餐「鮑你好味」$42,入面有鮑絲火腿通、火腿奄列、牛油多士、餐飲。 通粉分量極少,幾啖就食哂,價錢貴過早餐好多但分量少一半,好唔抵食!多士好似無焗過咁,唔香脆,好失望。友人食既飯都係唔熱既,好似攤左好耐開始變硬咁!服務又嘛嘛,waitress落單心不在焉,經常要重覆,希望會改善一下!
