To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過，竟然咁好彩見到即刻有位，又見自己有少少肚餓，即刻「兩位吖，唔該！」
其實坐低都唔使睇餐牌，睇餐牌嘅一定唔係熟客，你呢度都係未坐低就知道要食乜嘢！
第一位，當然係佢哋嘅菠蘿包，佢上面嗰層菠蘿酥，最特別嘅地方就係，咬落去唔會散晒跌落地，而且保證熱辣辣（雖然今日呢個唔知點解凍左少少，有少少失望），不過都合格嘅，麵包保持鬆軟👍🏻
酥皮蛋撻，亦係不可不試，厚厚的酥皮，會吃得滿口都是，滋味就在這裏，而且蛋香味濃，正正就是保留着傳統港式餐廳的風味😍
再嘆番杯港式奶茶，奶和茶的比例恰到好處，滿足極了！
