To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間金華冰廳位於太子與旺角東中間金魚街一帶，附近仲有好多嘢食。入到去真係好多人，不過大部分都係遊客。呢間老字號菠蘿油出晒名，皮夠脆，牛油半溶菠蘿油，個包啱啱好手掌大細，味道好好味，牛油唔會太大嚿，又唔會太細嚿，夾喺中間啱啱好，個包軟綿綿好好味。酥皮蛋撻 ，，超濃蛋香，堅係冇得輸，仲試左個西式炒通粉，我記得我上次食好濕，成碟有水出咁，今次食又okay咼！唔濕，蕃茄醬好掛啲通粉，食落好濃味，酸酸甜甜好食！叫左杯「茶走」因為紅茶飲品本身混合了煉奶甜味的關係，所以「茶走」飲品的味道，比一般「熱奶茶」飲品來得更甜，更有濃郁牛奶甜味感覺。
