老友是日本通,最近推介一間銅鑼灣居酒屋,能夠令他極力推介的必有過人之處。餐廳除了主餐牌的前菜、串燒,刺身及主食外,還有壽喜燒火鍋套餐,我們請店員介紹了幾款招牌菜式。首先來一客開胃小食🐟烤鱈魚乾~每片鱈魚乾都烤得金黃香脆,配上蛋黃醬惹味醒胃,佐酒一流。之後幾款🍡🍢招牌串燒:🐮👅鹽燒厚切牛舌~大廚用了牛舌芯,非常軟腍惹味。🦈鹽燒白鱔~肉厚彈牙,油香豐富,齒頰流香。🦐蟹糕虎蝦~大大隻虎蝦先燒熟,再塗上蟹膏燒香。蟹膏的甘香,配合虎蝦的鮮甜,相得益彰。🥢秘制汁燒豆腐~豆腐先炸後燒,配合秘制燒汁,表面香脆,內部軟滑多汁。這四款串燒果然是招牌菜式,之後的雞翼及秋葵亦毫不遜色。🐔雞翼皮脆肉嫰,🥒秋葵亦沒有多餘的苦澀味道。整體而言,串燒絕對是上乘火候,既沒有過火的焦黑,又可帶出食材鮮味。🫕🍲北海道千歲豚肉火鍋~店員特別推介鯛魚湯底!大廚將鯛魚燒香,再搓爛魚肉淆湯,味道非常濃郁。先喝碗魚湯,湯底呈奶白色,香濃鮮甜,完全衝擊味蕾。之後放入薄切豚肉,只要輕烚8秒左右便可以進食,豚肉味鮮軟嫰。其他配料如金菇、本菇、大葱、椰菜、旺菜,生菜及豆腐都非常新鮮。🥢芝士年糕~薄薄外層包裹軟滑濃香芝士,像大量芝士溶化在口腔內,芝士控必吃。✅️值得一提,餐廳每日18:00-20:00屬Happy Hour時段,多款生啤買一送一,可惜今晚沒有酒意,只點了葡萄梳打水。✅️整體餐廳食物水準高,服務員亦非常有禮。 continue reading
