呢日嚟銅鑼灣樓上日式餐廳食飯🍙~雖然餐廳細細,但嘢食都好有驚喜😍,好多燒物都好出色👍~呢個脆櫻花蝦餅將好多櫻花蝦炸成一塊脆卜卜嘅蝦餅🍤~用嚟送酒一流🍻!佢哋除咗menu嘅嘢食,仲會有當日廚師推介👨‍🍳~而呢個明太子玉子燒就係其中一款🍳~鬆軟嘅玉子,配上鹹鮮嘅明太子,非常惹味~月見免治雞肉棒配埋新鮮蛋🥚,非常香濃~而且雞肉棒有啲軟骨咁🐔,咬落去帶點脆口~另外仲點咗個香蒜蠔🦪,啲蒜略為煮過🧄,所以唔會好生好辣~濃香蒜味配埋僅熟嘅蠔肉,鮮味爆發💦~而最驚艷係呢個秘製汁燒豆腐🔥!先炸過而形成外層有好多小孔,令到啲汁可以吸實~但咬開中間仍然係超嫩滑嘅豆腐😍,好特別嘅配搭~最尾主食係牛肉稻庭湯烏冬🍜~佢嘅肉湯汁非常鮮香🐮,烏冬又夠彈牙~呢度啲串燒嘅火喉真係控制得好好,例如個牛舌燒得中間勁嫩滑👅~而個豆腐係個人推介一定要試嘅👍!佢哋仲有兩間獨立房,一班朋友嚟玩,嘈啲都無問題🗣~ continue reading

今日跑完一年一度嘅渣打馬拉松 ,獎勵自己食餐好嘅!酒盗芝士🧀之前喺日本見過係用嚟助酒嘅前菜,係發酵過嘅魚內臟,加上梳打餅北海道千歲豚肉火鍋最出色嘅竟然係個湯底,鯛魚湯底好香濃,奶白色師傅應該用咗好多時間來烹調!阿媽教落要鮮煎香魚肉再撞熱水先有咁奶白色嘅魚湯,完全真材真料,完全係細個阿媽煲嘅魚湯味道!豚肉味道鮮味倍增!配埋稻庭烏冬!鹽燒厚切牛舌牛舌夠晒厚好有口感,一食就知係牛舌芯,因為很嫩滑!月見免治雞肉棒自家製雞肉串加入雞軟骨同埋洋蔥🧅加上燒汁和生蛋黃,味道好豐富,而且口感有層次!蟹膏大蝦🍤蝦兵蟹將,將大蝦燒完再搽上蟹膏再燒多次,非常爽口!蟹膏味香濃秘製汁燒豆腐好有驚喜嘅豆腐,豆腐外脆內軟,燒汁源源不絕,真係好想問吓師傅係點樣做出嚟,Calpis soda好特別嘅飲品,沒有酒精成份卻有酒精的味道。唔係好多地方有得飲所有菜式都好特別,又有心機,好有日本人對食物尊重嘅文化!而且服務態度好好,即使火鍋水都係添加濃魚湯🤭真心有誠意嘅一間日式餐廳!我比100分日式料理,好耐未食過咁有誠意嘅餐廳!👍🏻 continue reading

勝手為日式居酒屋,一進入餐廳有一長條型的屏幕映入眼簾,很有現代感。餐牌選擇眾多,串燒、刺身、鍋物應有盡有,今日主要來食串燒,點了幾串來試試。🍢鹽燒白鱔白鱔的外皮烤得很脆口,肉質相當厚實,口感彈牙爽口。🍢鹽燒厚切牛舌外皮燒的很酥脆,咬下去油脂在嘴裡爆開,肉質彈牙非常有咬勁,喜歡吃牛舌的朋友不要錯過。🍢汁燒雞肝平時較少見的部位,口感較豬肝更為鬆軟。醬汁很入味,鹹甜適中很美味。🍢月見免治雞肉棒店家自製手打的免治雞肉,沾著生雞蛋黃,口感滑順鬆軟,在嘴裡越咬越香,很特別。🍢明太子燒飯糰飯糰相當紮實,外皮烤過帶點焦酥口感。明太子的鹹襯托出米飯的甜味,再搭配一旁酸甜黃瓜,十分清爽又有飽足感。整體而言,道道串燒都在水準之上,餐廳桌距不會太逼,坐的舒適,適合朋友聚會食串燒飲杯小酒的好地方。 continue reading

今日突然間好想食日本嘢,於是就約咗朋友去咗食類似居酒屋咁樣嘅餐廳。呢間勝手日本餐廳食物選擇好多,而且類型都好特別,想食串燒嘅更加多選擇,而定食都有唔同款可以揀。燒鰻魚丼定食鰻魚外脆內嫩,米飯吸收了鰻魚的鮮味,十分美味。而且因為係原條鰻魚,所以份量非常多。墨魚釀冬菇口感滑嫩,冬菇的香氣與墨魚的鮮味相得益彰。芝士魚餅呢道菜非常有特色,將芝士釀咗喺魚餅入面,令到成個口感好有層次感,而且魚肉同芝士融入得好好。秘製汁燒豆腐味道濃郁,豆腐滑順,不油膩,非常好吃。 continue reading
