This shop is pretty famous, I expect quite a lot from it, they have shops around Asia and China, and also opened by a star in hk. But it’s not worth the cost and not as good. It serves some selections of noodles, and tea-like special drinks. It’s new as well, located inside the K11 Musea. The mall and this restaurant looks amazing, loved its design. I ordered a mixed spicy Pork Knuckle Noodle, Kiki Dan Dan Noodle and De-boned Chicken Leg Noodle with Sesame sauce. They taste okay, but I do not think it is worth the price, over $100 per noodle bowl. It could also taste much better, or it’s just because of my high expectations.
First the pork knuckle noodles could be much better if had more flavour, and the pork knuckles being softer and more tender. The texture of the noodles are always great, but it should be much better in my opinion. The rest of the dishes are average, just like everything else, they could be better. It feels like they took authentic ordinary dishes, change it a bit and triple the price. Not surprised but I was hoping more from that due to how famous this shop is.
Secondly, it took a long time to wait, more than 40 mins. It was a bit messy, probably because of its first two weeks of opening. Hope it gets better. They also have fancy beverages, I had a lemon aiyu drink, it wasn’t great, almost tasteless. I hope it can improve more, but it’s doing pretty well even their dish aren’t very great, it attracts a lot of people, due to its popularity and a high-end Noodle bar.
