薄薄一層甜而不膩幾正
而且外皮都幾酥

曉晴個竹笙北菰粥都到啦,一見到碗粥係唔尋常既黃就知道有味精,因為純素粥應該白色架嘛,都冇理由黃成咁既樣。曉晴就好d,碗粥係滾既,稀左D,竹笙同北菰既份量都算多,碗粥係極多味精,食一碗粥,曉晴飲左三壼茶,認真唔講得笑啊!咁有味精就實好食既,至少佢有溫度,係熱既,我同細佬都覺得好食,都係唔覺得值六十蚊
個菜就一定係放耐左,有少少甘甘地苦苦地,得食四條菜,份量有D少,不過算啦,入得黎都預左架啦,回憶都美好既,都係第一次入黎食個陣最好食,唔知係唔係因為個陣比較早黎食就好d?唔知呢,但係真係差左,亦覺得個價唔值囉。

同朋友一行三人,點了一份食神叉燒飯,半隻燒鵝,兩份青菜,約4百多元。食神叉燒飯仿照電影製作,口味偏甜,叉燒糖落得很重手,肥瘦不太平均 。雞蛋有半熟全熟可選。配以一顆小得可憐的既青菜,味道尚可。燒鵝半隻很大份,沾梅子醬吃。我的最愛吃的就是燒鵝皮,不喜歡肉太多。下面的汁很咸,如果淡些會比較好。兩份上湯青菜,味道麻麻,肉和米飯都彷彿不要錢那樣!這間店的服務態度很好,在又一城逛街吃飯還不錯,值得推薦。

Ten years hasn't change much for this restaurant, not a typical scenario in HK. BBQ pork was fresh and chewy, the honey coating is just right, not too sugary just enough to bring out the flavor. Pork was lean not too fatty. Sunny side up egg is perfectly presented and cooked, it didn't mess the whole plate like some other Cha Chan Teng / HK Chinese eatery. Choi Sum was fresh and dark vivid green. Service was just alright, sometime not friendly because of quick turnaround table and many patrons.

晚飯揀左佢, 估唔到一次比一次差叫左幾樣野食, 第一次叫燒鵝脾飯...$70+$20 都唔緊要,但係無肉的...仲衰過剩叫燒鵝....成隻脾扣左底都唔知有冇半隻...肉少得可憐.....又叫左去骨海南雞飯....點知係有骨的...無奈叫左個皮蛋魚片湯和豬潤湯...唔知點解兩個湯個味差不多一樣..魚片湯有豬潤味...好奇怪....炸肉丸, 不過不失, 口感好一般, 唔係好食又未到難食最後覺得最OK果樣係生菜.......真係無奈.....

叫左個皮蛋魚片湯和豬潤湯...唔知點解兩個湯個味差不多一樣..
魚片湯有豬潤味...好奇怪....


炸肉丸, 不過不失, 口感好一般, 唔係好食又未到難食

最後覺得最OK果樣係生菜.......真係無奈.....

叉燒飯癮又來了湯圓妹點了招牌食神叉燒飯配太陽蛋,湯圓媽要了魚片豬潤粥,還要了碟炸兩腸和菜心招牌食神叉燒飯,老實說,跟以前的簡直沒法比以前叉燒啖啖肉;今天的不是焦肉,就是肥糕,可以吃下肚的沒幾塊飯也相對差了,以前的貌似絲苗米,粒粒分明;今時今日的飯...軟綿綿,不知是水加太多還是換了米,反正就是一坨坨的飯,又糊又爛炸兩腸粉有keep住水準,可是量少了,以前都是一碟9件;今天只有8件(奇怪的少了1件)菜心很嫩​​很水很新鮮媽媽的魚片豬潤粥還可以,粥量還是夠的,不過豬潤的size小了,哎真是可惜了今時不同往日,物價上漲,食神也有衰退的時候啊真懷念以前的皇府...

以前叉燒啖啖肉;今天的不是焦肉,就是肥糕,可以吃下肚的沒幾塊

菜心很嫩​​很水很新鮮

媽媽的魚片豬潤粥還可以,粥量還是夠的,不過豬潤的size小了,哎真是可惜了
今時不同往日,物價上漲,食神也有衰退的時候啊

真懷念以前的皇府...
