茶餐廳做生炒排骨飯-晚餐B,竟然完全無汁,連最常見的碟頭飯都唔識整,差過大快活,就算收得平都冇理由唔俾汁,打個酸甜汁淋上去排骨同飯面都慳返,叫生炒排骨飯就係怕中伏,竟然係依然中伏,今次仲要係喺屯門買返去何文田,外賣盒又包到實又冇得睇,真係完全估唔到打開一滴汁都冇,白飯又乾又硬,冇汁點樣食,完全吞唔到,冇汁嘅生炒排骨飯已經變咗做另一種飯,冇生炒排骨酸甜汁嘅就唔係生炒排骨飯,完全係變成咗另外一種變種生炒排骨飯。

門口望入去無人幫襯,附近兩間茶仔就坐到滿哂,都知實有伏,但趕近時間試下唔好咁標籤人,結果人流真係反應質素。去兩次咁大把,兩次廚房都出錯單,餐蛋治變餐麵。樓面圍埋一齊吹水,佢地係望住d客吹都唔緊要,至少有人見到我叫佢,但係佢地越吹越忘我。

今朝一早起身,假日第一個節目就係去覓食,在附近走走逛逛,發掘城中隱世美食。由於要去新墟街市買餸,所以就去左就近嘅廚房佬餐廳食早餐。典型荼記早餐,我當然係點摯愛嘅沙嗲牛麵配腸加炒蛋,老婆就點了餐蛋治。要睇一間餐廳的心機和誠意,就要先睇食物的presentation, 如果連presentation 都做得差,顧客根本唔會有意慾想食。講番沙嗲牛麵的賣相,不,是沙嗲牛麵加腸加蛋的賣相。可能餐廳為左節省人手洗碗,居然把腸和蛋混在沙嗲牛麵上!腸基本上煎熟了,牛肉的色澤很淡,咬落只有鬆粉味,有幾塊更加咬唔開,我開始懷疑食緊果塊係唔係肉?至於果塊蛋,唔知可唔可以介定為炒蛋,只有煎濃味道,賣相更像一個嘔肚物。唯一可取的是餐蛋治,食落似正常味道。匆匆埋單,同自己講冇下次!

曾經走到屯門,經過屯門市廣場附近的街道,見過這間廚房佬,雖然是一間茶餐廳,但似乎有點不同,於是走入了去。看過餐牌,有馬來咖哩,有港式炒粉麵飯和碟頭飯,也有日式鐵板等,當中亦有兩款餸的鐵板,似乎是選擇多多。沙律是用上生果加上奇妙醬,是一貫茶記的做法。在下只是吃過幾口,生果是清甜的,但礙於用上了沙律醬,而且佈滿了生果,只好吃了一點再沒有吃。鐵板飯選了兩款,公主豬扒和廚師腸仔。豬扒和腸仔吃起來沒有太大的分別,豬扒只是感覺上與一般醃過的豬扒一樣,與一般煎過的豬扒無異,只是有咬口,有點鬆化的口感,而腸仔只是一般早餐用的腸仔,沒有煎過,所以不脆,只有軟腍。醬汁方面,選了洋蒽汁,為豬扒和腸仔帶來蒽洋味的效果。熱奶茶茶味及茶香充足,在茶餐廳喝港式奶茶,是較穩陣的,只要杯茶順滑,夠味和夠茶香。當中洋蒽豬扒腸仔飯也許只是一般港式的午餐,沒甚特別。
