星期五晚上臨急抱佛腳要買蛋糕慶祝生日,去咗最多蛋糕店嘅中環,睇吓邊間收工時間都仲有蛋糕賣,最後比我搵到呢間喺Landmark嘅KIYOKA,見佢賣緊嘅糕餅都好精緻,決定一試! 檸檬撻平時食得多,但柚子撻就真係第一次試!呢個柚子撻撻皮同撻餡 之間有一層簿簿嘅白朱古力,隔住撻餡嘅水份,令撻皮食嘅時候仲可以非常鬆脆,真係好細心、好值得欣賞!而撻餡係柚子cream,表面就有用火槍燒過嘅蛋白霜。成個柚子撻食落好有口感,鬆脆嘅撻皮、綿滑嘅柚子cream同蛋白霜,食落非常滿足。而且,柚子撻甜中帶酸,味道清新,好好食😍 我哋五個人分呢個細嘅柚子撻,雖然每人都分得比較少,但對於已經食咗晚餐嘅我哋嚟講,其實啱啱好🥳 因為我哋臨急抱佛腳,只可以加預先畫好咗嘅生日牌,冇得加埋名,而生日牌都要另外加錢嘅,如果想有埋壽星公個名,但係記得要早啲訂蛋糕啦🍰
