今日放工去了食呢間古今二,之前都一直好想食了,古今二仲有好多唔同分店,今日來了千色匯這間分店。餐廳很乾淨、光猛、舒適。餐廳是日式居酒屋感覺,有多款不同的日式美食,而且我仲好欣賞餐廳的壽司卷物超級有創意,十分創新,好有驚喜同特別的。首先介紹一款~超級龍卷風,卷物相當巨大,大大件又多料,有鰻魚、海老、芝士、青瓜、脆片,吃起來滿滿的餡料,海老又香脆又肉厚,啖啖蝦香,仲有鰻魚呢,成件卷物都好好味,啖啖肉口感又好,一客仲有八件,相當夠份量。櫻花蝦茄子賣相吸引,滿滿的櫻花蝦鋪滿茄子面上,櫻花蝦好甜,跟軟綿綿茄子一同進食又香又滿足。呢道菜式相當美味,大愛。柚想蝦你,個菜式名相當有心思,其實是甜蝦、柚子、蘋果、沙律菜既沙律,沙律好清新爽脆,混上了沙律醬酸酸甜甜的,相當開胃。而且甜蝦甜甜的,有口感,仲有清新柚子,清甜香爽。昭和豆腐煎,兩件大大件的豆腐煎,好夠份量。豆腐外皮金金黃黃,外皮夠為厚子,但豆腐的中間部分白白滑滑,仲好嫩滑呢。混埋醬汁來吃,咸咸香香,豆腐味重,又滑,令人愛不釋手。最後呢道火山壽司,相當驚喜,原來店員會點上火,令火會燒到壽司做成少少火炙效果的。壽司的材料有帶子、青瓜、牛油果、蟹柳。經過火燒後,食材味道更香濃,好好味呢。一件入口暖暖的,火炙過的帶子和蟹柳好惹味,仲有滿滿的芝士呢,超好味同有創意的壽司。餐廳仲有好多款創新卷物,下次要再試試其他款式。 continue reading

呢間餐廳真係寶藏呀,鹽燒三文魚頭、吉列炸蝦三文魚卷同脆炸雞軟骨係必試嘅美食!**鹽燒三文魚頭**:一上枱就已經聞到陣陣香味,魚頭燒得外脆內嫩,肉質鮮美多汁,帶有微微嘅鹽香,食落去真係令人一試難忘,每一口都充滿鮮味。**吉列炸蝦三文魚卷**:呢款卷物將炸蝦同三文魚完美結合,外層吉列脆卜卜,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙,加上三文魚嘅滑嫩,口感層次豐富,一口咬落去充滿驚喜。**脆炸雞軟骨**:絕對係雞迷嘅最愛,雞軟骨炸到金黃色,外脆內嫩,每一口都係脆脆嘅口感,味道鹹香適中,令人忍唔住想再添一口。整體嚟講,呢三款菜色無論係味道定係口感都極為出色,係餐桌上嘅明星。絕對值得一試,保證你會好想再嚟!🍣😋 continue reading

記憶所及,這是疫情後首次再到此商場。很多昔日的食店及商店已經不見了,唯獨這一間記憶中曾多次光顧的食店仍然存在。毫不猶疑,就入內解決今天晚餐。餐牌似乎有重大改革過,增添了許多有創意及精緻的日式壽司拼盤。日式麻醬豆腐沙律==>作為飯前開胃小食,輕微的柚子醬料配上日式麻醬,調配味道非常可口。櫻花蝦茄子燒==>足量的櫻花蝦乾灑滿在開邊的茄子上,再煎香,非常惹味。超級龍卷風==>將原隻吉列中型蝦,再配上一些鰻魚肉,以手卷形式包起再分件,絕對是喜歡食壽司飯以飽腹之選。火山==>將帶子、青瓜、牛油果、蟹柳堆成火山形狀,端上時再加以點火的攪氣氛菜式,不妨一試。雜錦天婦羅==>食日本餐既指定菜式,粉漿不會過多,恰到好處。若下次再要到訪荃灣千色匯,除了廉價的連鎖快餐店外,要食好西,仍會選擇這一間。 continue reading

今天我和朋友去了荃灣行街,行完後想食日本菜,於是就來了這餐廳吃晚餐。龍卷風沙律🥗($48):這個沙律裡有蔬菜🥬,海藻,蟹柳,脆片,非常豐富。這沙律是一道清新健康的選擇。蟹柳的嫩滑與新鮮蔬菜形成對比,讓每一口都有不同層次感,口感相當豐富。超級龍卷風($88):外觀上色彩鮮豔,黃金色的炸蝦搭配白色的壽司飯和鮮綠的海苔,視覺上十分吸引人。炸蝦香脆可口,咬下去時有酥脆的聲音,與柔軟的壽司飯形成對比。壽司飯口感恰到好處,平衡了炸蝦油膩感。火山($68):打卡一流,店員會幫你點火,幾特別。其實這道菜是蟹籽和蟹柳的壽司卷,加埋沙律醬,成個配塔幾清新又好食。牛肉壽喜鍋($208):牛肉壽喜鍋的最大特色在於將牛肉薄片與各種新鮮蔬菜、豆腐一同煮熟。醬汁的甜鹹味道與牛肉的鮮美融合,形成獨特的風味。牛肉在鍋中煮熟後,變得嫩滑多汁,口感令人滿意。 continue reading
