又來到一年一度食大閘蟹嘅季節,位於銅鑼灣旭逸酒店一樓嘅中餐廳「孔夫子」依家有個大閘蟹套餐,$488/位,以大閘蟹為主題提供多款中式美食,其中仲包括嗰啲招牌菜式,非常豐盛😋而且服務水平極高,真係令人感到賓至如歸啊!龍皇吐霧酒香鮮鮑魚果然好大霧,噴曬煙咁上菜,仲會拉出一個大氣泡,效果好特別!鮑魚好入味,帶有啲清酒嘅甜香,口感爽彈~底下仲有啲杏鮑菇墊底,索晒啲湯汁好好食。孔門参彩碟| 黑毛豬叉燒 • 陳醋水晶肴肉•艷影蝦球三款都係孔夫子嘅招牌菜❤️厚切黑毛叉燒口感軟腍,水晶肴肉上面嗰層陳醋啫喱酸酸地好開胃,同外面食到嘅好唔同呀!艷影蝦球隻蝦球好大隻,外皮脆,咬落爽口又彈牙!蟹粉蟹肉千絲豆腐羹豆腐口感滑溜,入面仲有好多蟹粉同埋蟹肉。清蒸大閘蟹公食大閘蟹就梗係要食蟹公啦!呢度嘅都幾大隻,而且有好多啫喱漿糊狀嘅白色膏,一拆開就爆出黎,真係超正,仲有提供各種工具協助拆蟹🦀蟹粉蟹肉扒菜苗蟹粉蟹肉下面係菠菜苗,撈埋一齊食最正!蟹粉小籠包大大隻,皮好薄,咬落爆曬湯汁~日式海鮮炒飯已經食到好飽,最後仲有個海鮮炒飯,炒得夠乾身而且好多海鮮,份量仲有好多添啊!薑茶湯圓食大閘蟹又點少得薑茶,飯後甜品來一川薑汁黑芝麻湯圓就啱啱好喇~
