九龍城上學,第一次光顧公和荳品廠。熱薑汁豆腐花的荳香和薑味很好,質地也滑,可惜只是微暖, 薑的辣就溫和了許多。 10元五件的炸三寶,實在便宜。魚肉鬆有一點點散,其實我不趕時間,如果食物翻熱一下,風味絕對會大大提升,預先炸好放涼了就不一樣嘛。長遠來說,街坊小吃失了誠意仍是不行,要改善呀~

This tofu eatery is a branch of the one rooted a ShamShuiPo for decades, they sell the same food, but sadly to different calibre.Much more spacious and less buzzy than the ShamShuiPo's, I ordered a bowl of tofu custard, to find that it was actually more expensive than ShamShuiPo's, why? See how they treat the deep-fried stuffed things, I was shocked at the sight, thinking of how the moisture gather in the pastic container turn the crispy thing soggy, OMG!

走到九龍城,很想找一些老店幫襯,於是特別到這所荳品店,雖然知道是在九龍城,但要找到也不易,因為每條街都好像是差不多的,幸好同行的朋友有智能電話,可以輕易地找到地圖及自身所在位置。到荳品店,不二之選當然就是豆腐花了。雖然有不同的新口味,但仍是較喜歡最簡單最傳統的那款。豆腐花的味道很香,很滑,加上黃糖不但增添了甜味,也使食物多了一種口感。這甜品真的讓人回味,也讓人滿足。

在「食得妙」的對街有一間老字號的豆品廠,以棣書寫的紅色招牌,還有牆上掛着標示1909年的商標文件,透視着這間老店超過100多年的歷史。店內的陳設跟餐牌同樣簡單,地下的綠白階磚,配上有點褪色的木製檯椅,還有頭頂上一樽樽的招牌辣腐乳,不其然散發一種懷舊的氣氛。熱騰騰的原味豆腐花渾身雪白,只是輕輕加了一點糖水,整體不太甜,入口豆香滿潟,非常香滑清新,$10實在超值。另一款點了冰凍的豆漿豆腐花,這個可能因為長時間放在雪櫃的關係,豆腐花本身出了很多水,已經失去嫩滑的口感。這款豆花棄用糖水,改用微甜的豆漿,感覺非常清新。店內另有提供杞蓉、椰汁、棗蓉等口味的豆花,光是名字也覺得很特別。不過,當晚一眾食客比較常點的是薑汁豆花,就遠處所見,店方並非採用薑糖,而是真的加入了生磨薑汁,在近日漸冷的寒冬裡,剛好為人們提供溫暖。

不過四件$16先有一個盒~(但係反而我想買$10蚊3寶 + $8蚊豆腐 = $18蚊組合係冇盒!!!)

所以嘛~4件就4件~容不費我吹灰之力就填晒落肚~

薄薄既O肉, 作用只係用黎痴住磚豆腐唔散多過真係要拎黎食~

黎得公和, 豆腐先係真正既目標!!! 凍到震既初12, 配上仍然微熱既豆腐, 岩岩好放入口既溫度!

真係滑溜溜咁滑入口, 完全一點豆根味都冇!!!正~獨食3大件已經好飽!!!

不過當然嘛~豆腐耐左係會出水既天性, 無論幾老子號都係敵不過的~

第4件入口既時間已經凍左同出左小小水~(如果$18都有盒咪好囉!~)

總括而言, 佢地既實力真係掂先可以做左咁多年同有咁既聲譽既!~

提起吃豆腐花,不能不提這家有百年歷史的傳統老店。雖然公和開了幾家分店,但總是喜歡到深水涉的總店,可能喜歡它懷舊的味道吧!不過,有時候時間「不就」,位於九龍城這間也不錯。煎釀豆腐煎得剛好的豆腐,表面微焦,裡面嫩滑,加上豆腐上薄薄的一層魚肉,豆香撲鼻,味道不錯。豆腐花淡淡的豆腐味,入口嫩滑,細膩,不愧為用石磨磨的豆花,不錯。加一點黃糖調味,享受!

一天下午,在附近吃過午飯,閒逛過後,路經這間經典豆品老字號「公和」,見有點口渴,便入內與太座兩人一人一杯凍豆漿,再加一碟兩件的「煎釀豆腐」,來一頓簡單而美味的下午茶。太座要的是普通的「凍豆漿」,而我喝的,則是加了薑汁的「薑汁凍豆漿」。兩者相比,當然是薑味的豆漿較為好味,不過這天的「薑汁豆漿」薑味不夠重,使我這個甚為喜歡薑的獨特辛辣味道的人有點失望,幸好兩杯豆漿都算豆味香濃,也夠冰凍,作為消暑解渴的健康飲品,仍然極為合適。「煎釀豆腐」也不差,兩件大大件的豆腐,加上薄薄的魚肉,蘸點豉油,才不過數塊錢,卻已是既健康,又美味,而且價錢相宜的平民美食。難怪這間「公和」,與深水埗的另一間「同父異母」的「公和」一樣,經常都擠滿客人,生意滔滔啦!
