今日老闆請食飯,大佬佢就話喺合和中心7樓有間新開嘅酒樓叫做國穗軒,我哋book咗午餐七位。我同另外兩位同事去攞位,另外就叫咗啲點心同埋一個炒麵。點心叫咗:蟹籽燒賣王,金銀蒜蒸排骨,XO醬蒸鳳爪,醬黃金錢肚,南乳炆豬手百花釀魚肚,黑松露鮮蝦帶子餃,黑松露鹹水角,黑魚子炸芋角,蒜香鮮蝦春卷,沙律明蝦角,黃金鮮奶卷,日式和風脆皮腸,春風得意腸。小食叫咗皮蛋酸薑,一口脆皮豆腐甘薯蜜汁一口牛,另外仲叫咗咕嚕肉煎脆麵°總括嚟講傳統點心比較失色,最突出嘅係黑松露鮮蝦帶子餃,賣相精緻,帶子新鮮,鮮蝦好大粒。另外咕嚕肉煎脆麵,咕嚕肉外脆內軟麵煎得香脆唔油,一口豆腐比較失色,淡已無味不夠熱度,金薯蜜汁一口牛幾好味,可惜牛得幾粒,薯仔甚多😂酸薑皮蛋皮蛋係糖心皮蛋非常好味,日式和風脆皮腸和春風得意腸賣相一般味道一般,自從傳統點心鳳爪豬手,唔夠入味,排骨一般°但埋單又唔係好貴,叫咗咁多嘢食,總括嚟講,食物味道可以,有機會會再來🙂‍↔️

星期六2點半到,要等一陣先有位,因為有下午茶時段好受歡迎。餐廳唔夠木枱,我地3個人要坐自動麻雀枱,枱身好厚好頂腳,不過太滿座無得換枱。茶具餐具都新淨,人手都足夠,但上菜偏慢。食物夠熱,味道不過不失。店員未熟悉枱號,見隔離枱有上錯餸嘅情況。我地一入坐就叫炒麵,點知漏單,問店員情況,佢即刻補單,但其實我地想取消,未問清楚就自把自為,態度欠佳。送腸粉姐姐無豉油提供,佢話人地收咗佢支豉油,我地食咗半碟才補上。問過店員,原來剛開業2個月。叫咗菜苗餃,落單後店員話賣曬,我地話ok無問題,但埋單時照收菜苗餃價錢。大家要記得對單。另外影咗啲午市時段餐牌

灣仔區飲茶選擇越來越少其實自從龍門酒家n 連之前結業,個人覺得 都沒有什麼地區代表性的酒樓。富豪飯店可不是我們一般星斗市民會去的地方呢。以前住在囍帖街,星期六總是會和媽媽過來飲茶。很多年都是一樣。想不到舊的酒樓卻敵不過1小時生活圈。還好,最近有集團繼續經營。全新裝修過後,光猛很多,台上有超大的電視,翠綠色的地氈。食物方面,水準很好,菜苗餃的蝦,手指尾咁大!炸點也出色,鹹水角 下面的紙沒有油的。阿媽一早坐低叫了早晨孖寶,另外仲有肉餅飯,很經濟。服務很主動,當天坐滿3/4客人,都很快手。阿媽看了晚市的套餐,頗吸引。也很想一試。泊車方便,親朋戚友容易聚首一堂,

其實自從龍門酒家n 連之前結業,
個人覺得
都沒有什麼地區代表性的酒樓
富豪飯店可不是我們一般星斗市民會去的地方呢。
以前住在囍帖街,星期六總是會和媽媽過來飲茶。
很多年都是一樣。
想不到舊的酒樓卻敵不過1小時生活圈。
還好,最近有集團繼續經營。

食物方面,水準很好,
菜苗餃的蝦,手指尾咁大!
炸點也出色,鹹水角 下面的紙沒有油的。
阿媽一早坐低叫了早晨孖寶,
另外仲有肉餅飯,
很經濟。
服務很主動,當天坐滿3/4客人,都很快手。

阿媽看了晚市的套餐,頗吸引。
也很想一試。
泊車方便,親朋戚友容易聚首一堂,
