係中環蘭桂坊附近,門口有間滿布櫻花既店,遠睇以為係一間cafe, 實則是一間食串燒既鋪頭~~燒鰻魚,燒白鱔:前者肉質軟滑,味濃~後者肉質爽口,同埋只用鹽調味,味道清爽~燒牛舌:呢度既牛舌係厚燒架,岩晒鐘意食牛舌既朋友~燒雞皮:雞皮燒得勁脆,好似食緊薯片甘吖,後悔左只係叫左一串芝士年糕:呢個必點,燒緊個陣已經聞到勁香啦,食落去芝士流心架~好正安格斯牛肉烏冬:始終食串燒係唔飽肚既,所以呢度都有主食比大家,烏冬係稻庭烏冬,好滑~好鐘意呢個質感!呢個餐廳真係好岩幾個朋友一齊來吹下水,飲番幾杯,甘就同朋友傾左一晚啦!

睇落平平無奇,但食落有驚喜,外皮燒得好香脆,但入面又好嫩滑,外脆內軟,再配上表面嘅照燒汁同木魚絲,令我地諗起關西大阪燒同章魚小丸子啊!

送酒必食,鱈魚乾燒得脆卜卜,一條接一條,配酒食嘅話好快就會食晒。

紐西蘭羊架 Lamb Chop$78
我地叫咗五成熟,羊架同其他串燒一樣,即點即燒。羊架啖啖肉,啱啱好五成熟,鎖住晒d肉汁喺入面,一路食一路滴汁,好正。表面上有少少孜然粉,都只係為咗吊返羊味出嚟,食得出食材高質,唔需要用大量孜然粉掩蓋膻味。其實我地都唔好羊,驚會有羊膻味,但👩🏻食完依個反而覺得唔夠膻🤣。

明太子飯團 (可選明太子/鰻魚/三文魚/梅粒) Rice Ball (Cod Roe/Salmon/Ume/Eel) $38
本來以為係普通嘅飯團,原來係日式燒飯團。燒飯團搽咗醬汁好容易燶,搽得少又會唔夠味,但京都一串嘅燒飯團表面燒得好香脆,入面就包住明太子,味道剛剛好,我地仲想叫埋鰻魚味添呀。

鰻魚茶漬飯 (可選明太子/鰻魚/三文魚/梅粒) Chazuke (Cod Roe/Salmon/Ume/Eel) $48
另外就叫咗個茶漬飯,上面有兩塊鰻魚,試咗依個鰻魚茶漬飯之後,我地即刻叫埋個燒鰻魚。

燒鰻魚 Grilled Eel $58
鰻魚都係👩🏻Top3之一,因為鰻魚好肥美呀!之前食過紅磡某間出名嘅鰻魚飯,只覺得不過不失,但依度嘅鰻魚燒得外脆內軟,肉厚肥美,唔會過鹹,下次要搵日Lunch嚟試吓鰻魚定食!

蘆筍豚肉卷 Asparagus wrapped with pork $46
Encore菜式之一,豚肉表面都只用鹽花調味,燒得好香口,包住脆嫩嘅蘆筍,唔會有油膩嘅感覺。

日本廣島蠔 Hiroshima Oyster $46
本身以為會係大大隻嘅連殼燒蠔,原來係蠔串燒。裙邊燒得微焦,亦無落粉漿令佢變得香脆,蠔肉多汁,食落有口感,又唔會腥。

依個又係Encore菜式之一,送酒食一流。

雞腎同預期一樣,好味。

日本雞心 Chicken Heart $34
雞心屬於相當珍貴嘅部分,畢竟一隻雞都只有一顆心臟嘛。味道同雞腎有少許不同,質感比雞腎更有嚼勁。我地就偏好雞腎啦,但未試過雞心嘅話不妨試下。

位於旺區蘭桂坊,價格自然比其他地方貴啲,但用依個價錢食到日本嘅味道😍,性價比都幾高。服務都唔錯,仲有唔少打卡位,午市仲有做定食套餐,放工過嚟食飯或者Happy Hour都係唔錯嘅選擇。

對比其他Gimmick串燒店,我地似乎更偏好好似京都一串依類俾到地道風味我地嘅食肆,絕對可以一試再試。

落街搵野食,見到以前係間shisha bar 轉左做日本串燒,個menu好似幾好食,就入左去試,冇失望,佢主打串燒,好好食,唔乾身,佢個明太子飯團都好好食。佢個定食有個前菜,聽佢地講係日本嚟既海蜇,好好味呀,一定要試,我叫左個豚肉串燒定食,有三串,唔同款既豬,成個set HKD 108,係中環嚟講都okay。😁😁 d待應都好nice,好似係家庭式,會問你d野食點,好唔好食,同會同你傾下計,有d似傳統居酒屋feel
