兩個人悶悶地行下行下見到有間日式小店,平時食開大集團,今次一於支持下小店。店鋪幾有日本🇯🇵feel,入到去嘅右面嘅牆有個富士山decoration,幾吸精🤩🥣麵豉湯嘅味道同平時其他餐廳嘅有d唔同,唔會好鹹,味道濃郁鮮味😋🥗日式沙律配搭柚子醬汁,好refreshing嘅開胃菜 🍢串燒分別有帆立貝:肉質鮮甜,裙邊燒到脆口雞皮:超級邪惡😈非常脆口,好好食🤤雞腎:有嚼勁🍤天婦羅亦都係本店嘅出色菜式之一有三隻大蝦🍤、南瓜🎃、番薯🍠、香菇、茄子🍆,即炸、超級脆口、一d都唔油膩,配合天婦羅+芝麻嘅sauce,將成個食物本質昇華。🍣刺身方面亦都整得非常有心思同氣派有日本北寄貝、油甘魚、油金魚腩、魷魚、三文魚,刺身質素係新鮮、清甜、爽口。呢間小店值得欣賞嘅係佢地用嘅碟,全部都好有靚、好有心思、好精緻🤩

來上水踏單車,先吃個lunch吧,在海禧廣場有不少小店,今天我們想吃日本料理,就選了響膳,看來是新開業的,試試看吧。全部即叫即製,邊吃邊上菜。天婦羅及串燒先來熟食,天婦羅蝦、燒牛脷、汁燒帆立貝,天婦羅蝦粉漿不會太厚,蝦隻通透鮮味,牛脷厚薄適中,口感很爽,帆立貝燒到剛好不會老,口感柔軟帶鮮。壽司選了火炙日本左口魚邊壽司、三文魚壽司、三文魚子軍艦、蟹膏軍艦、厚切鰻魚壽司、油甘魚壽司。必吃的是左口魚邊,入口即溶,魚油香十分迷人;蟹膏軍艦味道十分香濃,一口吃下去滿足感up;三文魚和油甘魚也都夠大件有厚度,吃得出魚刺身的鮮甜味;三文魚子鹹度剛好,粒粒鮮甜飽滿。生蠔及赤貝是日special有赤崎產生蠔,即開新鮮生蟑,無須任何調味,品嚐其鮮味已足夠,不會太細隻。還有新鮮的赤貝,很爽口又有它獨特的貝香,質素不錯。最後來碗麵豉湯,可清一清味蕾和暖胃,味道不是死鹹,彷彿有點蔬菜的香甜味。

天婦羅及串燒
先來熟食,天婦羅蝦、燒牛脷、汁燒帆立貝,天婦羅蝦粉漿不會太厚,蝦隻通透鮮味,牛脷厚薄適中,口感很爽,帆立貝燒到剛好不會老,口感柔軟帶鮮。
