入正題講下食方面,首先一坐低冇野做就食下佢d包,有好多唔同款o既包放係到比你無聊傾計個陣咬下,有3種野比你同d包一齊食,個olive oil同牛油都好香,而個吞拿魚醬真係幾合我口味,魚味好重但唔會腥,真係幾buy佢,我地開左支白酒,易入口味偏酸,接住係每人一個頭盤,係個manager介紹o既,我食個個唔記得係咩單車賽o既special menu,碟野有加入左蟹肉o既薯餅同用bacon包住隻旦o既唔知叫乜再加一堆沙律菜,好唔好食真係見仁見智,薯餅真係好鹹,每食一啖我都要食返d菜or飲d wine救一救火,bacon干到不得了,又乾又硬,我會想食freshness個$18bacon omelet burger多d,而另一位人兄個碟就係鴨肝鴨胸salad,試食左少少,so so,冇乜驚喜。跟住就係soup,係我好鍾意o既龍蝦湯,之前睇食評已經知道會有尊人推車仔出黎係你面前整,基本上呢一樣野係我期待左好耐,點知因為我張台好入,車仔跟本入唔到黎,我只可以遠望佢點整...不過個湯真係好濃好多龍蝦肉,真係幾好飲,所以睇唔睇到都冇乜所謂。finish個湯之後其實我已經有d飽lol,由於廢事食到咁le hea,2個人都係食肉類,佢係羊鞍,我係rib eye,因為我本身唔多食羊所以冇試佢個個,不過我見佢食得幾開心應該都幾好食掛,我個個呢...冇肉汁,個面燒到黑晒,由於係medium,入面都有d"汁"o既,但真係好麻麻...底個薯餅仲好食過舊牛,而面到有一片仔黑松露,細片到我食唔到咩味,總結係個main course好令我失望,早知應該叫sea food,我見人地食得好happy。食到呢到我已經飽到上心口,但我真係鍾意食甜品,於是死都叫左個拿破倫餅先安樂,em...我平時食個d拿破倫餅係酥皮,但呢到係酥餅,食個下麻煩之外(舊餅好硬), 味道真係好一般,反而做陪襯o既呍喱拿雪糕就唔同講法,好香好濃o既呍喱拿味,very good~

service方面除左manager似部長咁大聲,有個新人waitress當我地問佢野個陣佢好驚咁答我地佢新黎咩都唔識之外,其他都冇野可以挑剔,不時會有人黎幫我地加wine同水,而且個個都好nice有求必應,細心解釋唔同o既sauce同menu。

因為有會員卡,好似係半價,埋單一千大洋左右,開左支酒呢個價算ok啦,抵食就麻麻,味道真係so so,而且冇乜意欲食多次。

Lucky to taste the new special menu because of French festival. I would like to highlight the maincourse & dessert. We chose Pigeon & steak+goose liver. They are wonderful & delicious. Pigeon is cook & covered with baked pastry . steak is juicy.For dessert, French crusty chocolate is chosen. As described, it's crispy. Unexpected good.The service is good. The waitress, May , is friendly & helpful.

兩星期前和友人到此餐廳食飯龍蝦湯好好飲,仲要即叫即刻係你附近整埋出黎周圍即時充斥住濃烈既龍蝦味(有人叫就會再推出黎整,到時一樣會有陣龍蝦味走出黎)羊架只屬一般鴨肝幾好食,魚就比想像中好(我不太吃魚的)餐包硬身得黎幾好食甜品好似係心太軟(?), 食完一口都係朱古力漿, 幾岩女仔食無叫酒無叫海鮮冷盤,兩個人千二埋單不過係略嫌有d侍應既反應麻麻

煙三文魚煙煙韌韌﹐都煙得好香﹔

刺身種類不多﹐不過今天好像特別新鮮﹔

p.s. 看到自己之前寫的食評才發現自己已經大半年沒有幫襯過這餐廳﹐而原來在這段期間﹐價格亦悄悄的從$208 加到$228 一個人了﹗

captain及其他staff如系茶餐廳做野一樣,肆無忌憚暢所欲言!直至manager黎到先有所改善,咁既service簡直令人對此餐廳大打折扣!

用club card成張bill半價後$384,似乎期望過高!

了一想才明白過來﹐“這裡”是指buffet 檯﹐哎! 跟著他便行開了﹐想問午餐收費是多少都不能。不過心想一場來到﹐不會不吃吧﹐反正用Marco Polo Club 優惠其中一位免費﹐不會太貴吧!

先來了那杯白酒﹐不知是否包埋的緣故﹐比一般的standard glass 應有的105-115ml 少。不過不計較了。味道ok 啦。

頭盤buffet 不算太多選擇﹐不過貴精不貴多嘛! 嘻嘻﹐這個價錢居然有鮑魚片任食﹐不錯不錯! 另外那個凍花蟹都非常鮮甜﹐d 糕甘香d 肉結實﹐讚! 不過凍蝦就完全不是那回事﹐一定是雪得太久﹐一點味道都沒有﹐不吃也罷!! 這裡沒有鵝肝醬﹐只有雞肝pate﹐ok 啦﹐沒什麼特別。最正的是mussels in cream sauce﹐那些mussels
雖然細細隻﹐不過隻隻都好飽滿﹐好鮮甜。個sauce 好creamy﹐差d 可以當湯飲!

主菜有三種選擇﹐我們有三個人﹐當然是每樣一份﹐可以試多些菜式嘛!! lamb rump 是切片上的﹐我們要medium﹐煮的剛剛好。羊沒有騷味﹐而且好捻﹐不錯。煎cod fish 沒有什麼特別﹐算有水準啦。最有驚喜是那份rib of veal!! 起初以為牛仔肉會好一般﹐怎知賣相似大號羊架﹐肉質似牛扒多過牛仔肉(本人麻麻地牛仔肉的肉
質)﹐好多汁! 雖然比我order 的medium well 好似生o左d﹐但口感嫩滑﹐好得!!

甜品有生果(好普通的生果沙律) 同西米焗布甸(非常難吃)﹐不吃也罷!! 咖啡似快餐店質數﹐對於一間酒店的法國餐廳來說﹐有點失真!

雖說了不少它的不是﹐這個價錢這個質數的食物﹐我還是會再來的!

惠顧過幾次﹐食物及服務都不錯﹐午餐及晚餐差不多﹐包括頭盤、主菜及甜品﹐主菜有龍蝦揀﹐味道不錯﹐午餐的頭盤可選buffet ﹐幾正﹐但晚餐並沒這buffet ﹐午餐大約每人$180 ﹐晚餐則要$450 ﹐當然晚上情調就浪漫很多。一分錢一分貨啦!
