一天放工，行經oasis, 見到盡頭門口擺滿台櫈，行埋睇睇，原來開左間新餐廳，望望menu , 都有唔粉選擇。於是搵左周未晚去試一試，餐廳環境都好寛落，都可容納不少食客，裝修簡潔，前面高掛大電視，睇波一流，一進入餐廳有個Drink Bar 係餐廳後面。 可能岩岩先營業，侍應得外籍人士，所以只可講英文。當然佢地menu 有中英兌照，方便英文不太靈光的食客，又或者遲下會請返本地中英都冇問題既年輕人👍🏻👍🏻。我地兩個人叫左個小食和主菜，小食係韓式炸雞翼，唔知係唔係當時好肚餓，熱辣辣既雞翼覺得非常好味，撒上黑醋醬，邊上方有辣既韓式醬，雞翼外皮非常脆口， 內里肉質亦好柔嫩juicy. 主菜就叫左prime ribeye steak, 配上新鮮沙律菜和又厚又粗又長既薯條，內眼扒size 非常巨大， 成寸厚，兩人食非常足夠，肉質非常軟熟，應該係medium cooked, 但非常易切，入口咬又鬆，一d都唔鞋口，又充滿肉汁和濃郁既rosemary 香草味，而且價錢相當合理，值得一試。

I visit my friend at Kai Tak today. She invites me to have lunch at this new grill and bar at Oasis Place.As we are not too hungry, we order a starter, a pizza and two drinks to share.The atmosphere of the bar is cosy. The decoration is modern and chic. Seating is spacious and comfortable. The waitress is friendly. Food and drinks are good.Mexican nachos with chilli beef is nice. 啟德呢頭終於又有新餐廳開啦，係一間西餐廳！裝潢各樣都唔錯，外面有枱比帶狗仔嘅客人坐🤓🤓不過嗰晚都多人我就冇影相😌煙三文魚沙律～一般般，所以我覺得個性價比唔值🥺卡邦尼意粉👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻反而呢個幾出色，係有酒香味！同出邊一般卡邦尼嘅意粉有啲唔同～值得一讚！Pizza就不過不失，唔叫有驚喜，但都唔會失望😋😋自家製芝士餅配雪糕呢個真心吾多掂，好家庭式😩總括來說～我比較滿意嘅，只有個意粉！或者下次有機會，再试吓其他菜式，可能有驚喜啩🌝🌝🌝

啟德區有新餐廳，兩人決定晚餐就去試試。晚上八點到達，客量不算多，坐下先看看餐牌，食物及飲品都是走大眾化路線，所以我們也點了大路菜式。還趕及Happy Hour 時段，先點suntory draft 及mojito。mojito 味道調教得比較濃，無論是青檸還是Rum 也是比較重手，適合喜歡味道強烈的友人。由於不是太肚餓，點了可配啤酒的脆口主食Fish & Chips 。大大塊的魚柳炸得熱辣辣又脆口， 用刀稍微切下也感受到脆漿的脆感。魚柳鬆軟，但不至於散開，配合已調味的脆漿，味道不錯。但始終是油炸食品，一個人吃就比較油膩，建議分著吃。另粗身薯條就相對沒有那麼脆口，但主要吃出薯仔「粉粉」的質感。另一主菜是蕃茄醬大蝦露荀意大利飯，一口吃下有濃濃的蕃茄醬味，混在米飯內的露荀及蝦仁夠爽口，但略嫌未能與醬汁混和以帶出鮮味。放在米飯上的大蝦烹調剛好，不會過老。最後想吃個甜點，但無奈最愛的Apple Crumble 是晚卻未能提供。唯有下次再試吧。整體而言：環境：裝修是西式，座位寬躺，氣氛輕鬆。有戶外及室內選擇。食物：食品以大路款式為主，不論是美式英式意式還是墨西哥菜都應有盡有，味道也是穩陣為主，款式
