La Rambla 中環IFCWas craving for some paella so we came back here for lunch. Comfortable setting and harbour view but food was just so so😅Tomato tartare, it was way too sour! Steak tartare with avruga caviar was okay, nice presentation tho! Carabinero Paella for main course, salty and dry! Mushy texture shrimp…tbh a huge disappointment! Salmon is okay, decent salmon tastes not much flavor.For this price with this quality of food, definitely won’t come back again. Guess it’s a good spot for some sundowners and that’s it ✨Lunch set $500 pp

可能本身睇完食評好有期望所以今次體驗有啲落差牛油果龍蝦見大家都點呢味都好期待龍蝦係啖啖肉係正但味道偏咸所以食唔到龍蝦本身嘅味又搶埋牛油果味Kinder egg造型滿分食落味道都特別一試就可以，冇翻兜意欲海膽魚子醬多士隻碟係暖嘅好貼心但食物同碟係隔左個網同埋塊葉，冇direct contact所以隻碟是冷是暖對塊多士影響不大但多士入口唔脆Croquettes Standard炸物唔使特別試Paella同西班牙食嘅paella有少少距離，但未至於localize到變普通飯，還可以接受一班人share下都建議點除左食物本身，價錢計埋地段、景觀同service整體尚可接受

Friday nightDinner at La RambleOn my list for long time, finally trying it.Order six small dishes and one suckling pig to share.Suckling pig is good for group, although we managed to finish just two of us.Six small dishes, kinder eggs was a good start, amazing, something you can’t usually have in restaurants(tell me if I’m wrong), so must try. Lobster Avocado roll good.Truffle bikini, nothing surprises, won’t have it again.Add up ard 1000 each without drinks.And music a bit loud there

📍 𝐋𝐚 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐚 𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐚 @_la_rambla__ (Part 1)first time visiting this spanish restaurant in IFC, a really nice sea view if you get a window seat. we ordered the tasting menu and it didn't fail to impress us! ✨👉🏻 Classic carabinero & seafood paella (supplement $150)- of course you can't miss a paella at a spanish restaurant! 🥘 always get a carabinero, so satisfied when the juice oozed out onto the paella! 🦐 it was sooo flavourful and rich 🥰 👉🏻 Escargot with wine, shallot, garlic & herbs- always really messy when i deal with escargots! 🐌 👉🏻 Gambas al ajillo - another classic spanish dish! 🍤 very bold flavours but a little too oily for my liking stay tuned for part 2 & 3!! 🤩 +++🗺️ Hong Kong 🇭🇰 📍 Level 3, IFC Mall, Central 💸 HKD 1,000~ pp
