還是那一句，油塘其實現在居住的人口，絕對可以容納一些更高質素的食肆，因為私人住宅越來越多，居民消費能力也高，而作為飯後必吃的港式甜品店，這裏就只有兩家，而這家霖記在大本營內，裝修和外表看起來比另一家更為乾淨和企理。除了基本款式之外，這裏主打的是芋圓，要芋圓真的做得不錯，至少口感煙靭，份量多之餘每粒芋圓也夠大件，不會死甜。至於紫米有改善的空間，特別是其甜味可以咗自然一點，口感有點粗嚡。其他的雪糕及椰汁表現中規中矩，在這沒有很多選擇的情況下，這甜品店也算是可以，堂食的表現比外賣的更好。Yau Tong’s growing population, with increasing private housing and higher spending power, can support higher-quality eateries. However, the purple rice could be improved for a smoother texture and more natural sweetness. Ice cream and coconut milk desserts are average, with dine-in service better than takeaway.
