突然之間天氣又凍返,臨時出咗去打邊爐!呢間火鍋店上次喺附近食飯已經見到,平日晚市人潮都幾多~價錢亦都好平可以任飲任食兩個鐘~湯底都有好多唔同選擇,烤魚、雞煲等都可以選擇。飲品櫃選擇都算多,除咗基本罐裝嘢飲連啤酒都有,另外亦有餐廳手打檸檬茶、白桃烏龍等。湯底我哋揀咗清甜椰子雞煲,一共有半隻雞,見出面仲有雞件可以拎,所以夠唒食!湯底原汁原味,用咗三個椰子去製作,加埋粟米、紅蘿蔔同馬蹄煲更加清甜。忍唔住飲咗兩碗湯,加入寬粉打邊爐吸唒啲椰子味好好食~~自助區火鍋配料選擇多,除咗基本嘅丸類菜類,亦有少啲喺放題見到嘅鮮鴨血、蜆同蟶子。蜆冇沙好鮮甜,蟶子亦都好甜同爽口。肉類有手切鮮牛、肥牛、牛板腱以及黑毛豬,全部都係喺出面雪櫃自己拎~店內亦有雪糕及甜品任食 ,甚至有棉花糖機可以自己整棉花糖!總括嚟講,呢個價錢可以食到有海鮮嘅放題真係好抵!性價比高! continue reading

今日去咗大埔打邊爐,嗰間餐廳坐得好舒服,打邊爐任食,我哋仲叫咗一個酸菜味烤魚。我哋食完酸菜烤魚再打邊爐。發現嗰度仲有一個棉花糖機可以自己整棉花糖,同埋飲品有手打檸檬,仙草椰奶,雪糕和彩虹蛋糕等等。好適合一家大細去聚餐。烤味酸菜魚-十分有驚喜,魚肉鮮香與酸菜酸味,咀嚼時十分爽口。酸菜的酸味提味又不會掩蓋魚肉的鮮美,增添了層次感。除左魚仲可以叫雞煲😍我們要左皮蛋芫荽湯底,呢度的牛,豬任食。不用手機落單,只需要自己在雪櫃拿,方便好多。有手切牛,黑毛豬,牛板腱和肥牛🥰海鮮🦞有蟶子,蠔🦪,蝦 應有盡有。菜有皇帝菜同芫荽,可以盡情落。 continue reading

住了大埔一段時間,知道在翠樂街一帶開了一家叫撈得喜的火鍋店,每次路經附近都被它的燈光吸引,望望餐廳里邊食客叫了什麼食物。今晚難得完成手頭上工作,準時收工,一於慰勞自己,約了朋友在呢間火鍋店吃晚餐。埋單每人都是229元左右。撈得喜火鍋冰室係一家日頭主要做冰室餐廳生意,夜晚主打自助火鍋打邊爐的兩棲餐廳。因為開業無耐,都係舊年十月左右開張,所以店內的設備都幾新淨,餐廳空間夠寬敞,座位舒適。打開餐牌,見到有烤魚、麻辣雞煲、椰子雞、酸菜魚、羊腩煲等等,應有盡有。今晚點左個BB辣的蒜香烤魚,條魚真係好大條、啖啖肉,內裡鮮嫩多汁,蒜香味濃郁卻不過分,讓人一試難忘。配料包括蓮藕片、蘿蔔、芽菜等,吸滿烤魚湯汁後更加滋味。自助區提供多款食物供應,最每我欣賞係調味醬料材料豐富,至於火鍋配料方面,主要有肉、海鮮、丸、蔬菜。海鮮有蝦、蟶子、蠔、蜆、九肚魚等等,相當新鮮;肉類有手切牛肉、牛板腱、黑毛豬等;蔬菜種類都十分豐富,塘蒿菜、生菜、秀珍菇等等,一應俱全。除了一般的罐裝飲品、啤酒外,仲有手打檸檬茶、椰奶和大大杯的烏龍茶,任君選擇。而甜品有雪糕、蛋糕,供有綿花糖機,都真係幾全面呢。打完邊爐再食雪糕,相當滿足! continue reading
