果日口岩口岩放假,睇openrice話d扒幾好味,所以一個人中午12點走去食個午餐,去到見入面得1枱客,坐底後就點左個午餐,揀左A餐飲湯食肉眼扒跟薯角,其後有幾班人來到,但原來全部座位已被訂座,得我坐個張門口枱係吉枱,原來真係咁好生意,平日中午都全場full booking,勁呀至於食物質素:餐湯~好好味 :肉眼扒~幾好味汁料正,但件扒好簿呀^^ :跟餐杯咖啡都ok!

Other Info. : 題外話就係當我食緊時,有3位女士步入餐廳,當服務員安排她們坐於我旁邊的1張雙人枱時(雙人枱加多張椅坐3個人),其中1位女士即時用高8度聲線,話有冇攪錯呀,叫我坐門口仲要得張細枱,叫你地老闆出來啊,其時有1位女經理即時向她們道歉,說今午因全場滿座,所以先安排她們3人坐細枱,但果位高8度聲線女士還不滿意,並指著大罵,最後要該位經理送她們免費甜品才滿意,進食期間該位高8度女士還向她兩位朋友表示,自己食飯時常都會拿到 "jetso",唔拿就笨等等!聽她們對話,該位高8度女士應該是政府機構工作,可能是將軍澳醫院文職人員,又可能是西貢將軍澳政府綜合大樓內工作職員!成餐飯聽著她大聲講廢話,又向身旁朋友講生女情況,食緊野架!又話自己生個兩個女最有經驗>.<不知所謂!

平常在外頭吃套餐,沙律大部份都只是一堆擺放得雜亂無章的菜蔬,毫無誠意可言,但這裡做的卻是較少見的希靈魚沙律。雖然大部份的菜類皆似是從街市買回來幾塊錢一個的西生菜,將之撕成小片來奉客的普通貨色,不過咬落去都叫做夠爽脆的;其餘的如生紅洋葱一咬之下辣味便湧出,刺激非常;切成小半份的蕃茄仔也鮮甜多汁;至於主角希靈魚則是切成厚片,入口是不太覺腥(當然這不排除這是因被那濃厚的蜜糖芥茉醬所掩蓋)。魚肉的肉質有很重令舌頭感到一陣嚡嚡的口感,是十分的有趣...

肉眼的份量以午餐角度來講實在大得嚇人 (但其實它的厚度是頗薄身的,不過闊度就真有半隻碟那樣大)。要了五成熟,先是嗅到一陣的燒烤香,接看用刀一切,肉汁是四溢的,不過放入口時卻覺雖然挺有肉香及味,但致命弱點則是偏多筋又太韌了
,令專程而來的我對這牛扒專家倒是有點失望了;其餘配菜如椰菜花、紅蘿蔔、茄子及翠玉瓜都是切成大大嚿的,就是連那炸得皮脆內軟糯的薯條也是一樣的大件頭。一口氣將全部東西吞下之後,連呼氣也是感到費力

老實說,扒的質素是比小弟預期中的差。不過一想起這麼豐富的一個鋸扒套餐也只值七十五大洋的時候,就不能有太多的埋怨了....

同事們早一星期已訂座因為lunch 9成滿座(在沒有訂枱下)來到當然一試他們的牛扒,這天lunch有a)steak & b)pasta 2個setdinner聽聞是沒有set的我們5個全都選了set a : )用來塗面包的牛油加了香草,不錯面包看似是homemade今天的湯 - 茄子煙肉味道濃郁7成的肉眼 +薯菜 -肉質不un, 7成剛好配菜也很新鮮他的steak比起外面一些吃扒的餐廳要好最後,我吃了一半已經飽到不行....分享給同事們了 今更這個lunch真是超值啊!!!!(對比起他的dinner)

結婚一個月, 同老公食餐好的慶祝. 老公話好想据扒, 但因為佢有事做要夜, 便嘗試搵下將軍澳區有咩好扒房, 居然搵到, 仲要好近居企.因為係平日,同埋夜, 所以都book到枱.去到, 只係得三張枱有人, 不過其實成間餐廳都係得大約9-10張枱.serve我哋的年青人, 似乎係外國長大的, 廣東話唔咪好正, 英文就好流利.啲嘢食都唔平, 所有set都過百, 要食靚啲的牛, 便再貴啲. 但我諗佢開得係呢個地方, 又買咁做, 但又做到生意, 相信一定好得.我哋每人都叫了個最細,亦最平的牛扒 (試過, 都係食平啲先好).真係好得, 啲牛煮得剛剛好! 連比較煩的老公都話好得.佢叫了焗薯, 佢話超好味. 但因為我對薯一般, 所以叫薯條.相信我哋係會再去的.

十週年慶祝帶埋仔仔一齊試下呢間扒房湯 - 一般,仔仔唔多吼海鮮pancake - pancake 好香,配海鮮料+cheese ,非常可口~卡邦尼那意粉 - 汁香濃,配料ok12 oz 肉眼 - 有肉汁但略欠牛味,本來最期待但有d失望總體黎講.....我應該會再黎食佢個lunch ^o^

終於食到哩間扒房D扒……果然名不虛傳!!8位但留座咗7位, 個同事唔記得改booking 無奈店內真的位子已滿, 改動不了Close 一點也無妨!! 但我們依然坐得很舒適 8個人一致 order西冷扒餐, 頭盤一致要個湯唔要沙律唔記得個湯係蟹定蝦做配料, 總之係鮮的感覺!! 自己好少會讚西湯好飲!!西冷扒來了, 各碟的伴菜都很有質量薯蓉或薯條都帶着 “薯” 的感覺, 即係好有薯味囉!!扒的要求要七成熟有七成熟, 要五成熟有五成熟….啊廚師控制火候的功力不錯, 沒有血的感覺是最重要沒什麼脂肪的西冷扒, 肉質嫩 & 肉汁濃雖然D 調味醬放咗响枱, 我哋都無用過可想言之味道如何 最後來了一個心太軟, 吃了一口不覺太甜 (自己只是避過那些流心)7個人俾晒, 每人都只係 $100

薯蓉或薯條都帶着 “薯” 的感覺, 即係好有薯味囉!!

廚師控制火候的功力不錯, 沒有血的感覺是最重要

沒什麼脂肪的西冷扒, 肉質嫩 & 肉汁濃
雖然D 調味醬放咗响枱, 我哋都無用過

先來一道白酒汁烚貽貝(青口) - 非常容易做的簡單料理 - 全因 Time Out 說得它天花亂墜般好吃得不行,又是紐西藺進口的材料云云,雖然那價錢可不便宜,要百多塊一客,卻總得一試吧. 好了上桌一看, 一盤子裹有約摸六只可憐兮兮的傢伙,五只沒有開口, 明顯早已死掉的本地便宜貨. 可憐吾妻腸胃不佳,看罷碰也不敢碰. 本想退貨, 再想還是作罷. 且看其它如何, 而這道菜的明顯不及格是肉眼可見, 那廚子與店方的敷衍馬虎態度, 是絕對的不可原諒, 須記一大過.

有這前車之鑑, 內人往後只點一道素菜天使麵, 極清簡的蕃茄茸醬汁拌細麵條及三兩片雜菜要價一百二十來大洋, 賣相材料味道皆乏善足陳. 而吾人亦 play safe 棄牆上黑板推薦之二人用 16OZ. Chateaubriand 而選較尋常之 T-bone 配炸茨角 (home fries / potato wedges), 蓋尋常益顯真偽焉. 要價ニ百五十塊, 吃罷結論只可說是無甚了了, 像是大家樂賣的五十元鐵板扒餐貨式, 實不明白何以各方食評俱推許其為"抵食"之流, 亦無法苟同焉.

棄甲曳兵之餘, forget about 咖啡甜品,結賬為五百ニ十元,包括一杓二人共享的生啤, 見其不設加一, 遂多給三十塊小賬共五百五十元, 不能算便宜. 蓋在相對 upscale 不少的港島蘇豪, 你絕對可以以三百餘元吃得到比這棒很多的二人用三道菜套餐, 亦不必山長水遠, 油錢都蝕埋. 呢勻只可說句, 吃一塹長一智, 聊以自慰並與看官共誌之.

Lardos will always remain as my favourite restaurant. and if I have the chance to return to Tseung Kwan O, I will revisit this restaurant for sure.Some may find the restaurant a bit crowded and closely packed but I really like the cosy atmosphere in there. The food is nice as well. Highly recommended is the soup. Since it is served in a mug, my colleagues always like to hold it in their hands on cold winter days. Some may find the restaurant a bit crowded and closely packed but I really like the cosy atmosphere in there. The food is nice as well. Highly recommended is the soup. Since it is served in a mug, my colleagues always like to hold it in their hands on cold winter days. Other than soup, they also serve salad as the appetizer.

As for the main course, there are three choices, usually A is the steak and C is the pasta, as for B, sometimes they offer fish, sometimes pork chops, mutton or chicken. You can have fried chips/smashed potatoes/rice/spaghetti. My mom loves the fries as they are thick and freshly made. The smashed potatoes is creamy. As I'm a weight-watcher, I always ask for salad and the portion is generous.

When one is so fed up with food offered in chain store, the production of a special little shop with character is attractive, especially when the price of a set lunch is offered at $65 per set including appetizer, a main course plus a drink and a warm smile from one of the working staff there!

I will miss the restaurant.
