The decor and atmosphere are lovely, it was very comfortable and not at all stuffy. Will not hesitate to return.

呢個和牛嘅水準終於好返啲🙂份量都算幾多!
表面有大量炸蒜、香蔥、等等香料,亦有濃濃嘅香茅味。
不過肉質唔係好似平時和牛咁有大量脂肪,反而似滑牛,有少少咬口但又唔會太韌👍🏻。
選擇咗配蔬菜,感覺健康啲,不過冇諗過原來係西蘭花同椰菜花😯同樣亦有烤過,不過就有少少燶味🥴。

整體來講呢間餐廳嘅環境就真係冇得輸,好少何有環境咁舒適嘅越南餐館🌸不過食物質素就好普通,呢個價錢會期望質素高啲🙈而且留意佢哋係混合咗少少西式嘅元素,所以並非最正宗嘅越南菜,另外如果想食湯粉、法包嘅就唔太適合。

Green papaya salad taste refreshing, I taste the sour juice from plum. But maybe is just the pickled chilli, but I love it. Crispy rice paper is not greasy and give the salad more texture. Just alittle too much sauce.

Crispy eggplant is is very very thin batter, yet have that sharp crispy crunch, and with the Tasty ginger soy glaze, it has that candied coating factor, so good.

Last, slow roasted lamb ribs, perfectly cooked, the lamb itself, loverly aroma, tender, juicy. With the ray ram salsa, give it the Vietnam kick just right, awesome matching.

A simple grilled chicken leg with very tender texture, matching with the special Saigon-style broken rice, becomes very okayyyy! altho $200 must be quite expensive for a lunch, i would say, considering its location + food quality, it worths🥰

Mains include a wide array of grilled meat/veggie options. We absolutely loveddd the 𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙛. 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭: $198 for a 2-course set lunch isn’t all that cheap, but everything here from the flavour combinations of their dishes, seasoning, cook on meats, to the service and environment are just soooo on point👌🏼 plus considering the star street location, I’d say it’s a reasonable deal. Certainly one of my fav Vietnamese restos in town now 😆

首推Nam Vang-style Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings $108(五件) $198(十件)
雖然我們只點五件,但雞翼肉多,又有炸麵衣及蔥花、辣椒等配料,看起來自然大盤
雞肉保留點水份,肉厚而不韌,熱著吃甚是惹味,讓人聯想到椒鹽及避風塘口味的小炒
無論蘸醬吃與否,雞翼都香口得不會與膩滯沾上邊,不過當然少吃多滋味

繼續投向香脆系列,Cha Giò $98炸豬肉蝦肉春卷可算是經典又常見的菜式
看起來略油,感覺又似炸得太久,幸好上桌時熱呼呼,夠脆口,又未會硬得刮肉
以爽甜菜葉將炸春卷及香葉捲起,沾上甜酸辣醬後更是醒胃,頓減油膩感

店家選用的澳洲Rangers Valley安格斯黑牛於高原上以自然穀物緩慢飼養約三百天
標榜出產的牛肉為無污染、零激素,油脂豐富,油花亦會較一般安格斯牛分佈得更均勻
後腰脊翼板肉經炭火慢烤過後,香氣惹人垂涎,肉質細緻嫩口,不失嚼勁
肉面輕裹帶焦糖甜味的魚露,可再擠點檸檬汁以減膩,入口伴隨焦香,甚是冶味

又到紀念日喇,今次就揀左間響‪灣仔永豐街‬既越南餐廳。出發前先到官網訂坐,金鐘地鐵站行過去亦好方便。望住個menu啲越南拼音一臉無奈,唯有叫侍應小姐介紹一下有咩特別菜色,卒之要左個春卷同一個幾特別既Banh Xeo (越式pancake,見好多枱都有叫)。但因為我地兩個都懶,所以冇叫佢地另一特色DIY rice paper rolls LOL。而慶祝又點少得甜品,叫左個wood-fried banana cake with brown butter ice cream,味道都唔錯,整體上都好滿意。價錢係偏高,但質素有返保證,可以再試。今次遺憾試唔到佢地suckling pig,食到一半見到隔離枱食得好開心,想叫果陣已經賣晒!下次再嚟一定要食到。

We like the vibrant and colourful brasserie seating with a bit of a Parisian feel. Service has been good, polite and timely during our meals here.
During our recent meal, we enjoyed several items from their small plate section of the menu including the Nam Vang style chicken wings, that were delicious as they have been in the past. These are well fried, nicely seasoned and served with a vibrant dipping sauce.
For desert we shared the banana bread served with brown butter ice-cream, walnuts an a bit of smoked maple. Again, just a very good dish, a great desert to end a rewarding lunch at Le Garcon Saigon.
The service is warm. The atmosphere is cheerful with the background songs and servicing crew. Genuine French helping the guests with the menu.
