To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. CP值超高的荃灣街坊越南菜。平日夜晚已經需要等位,見到人氣好足,夜晚有兩人套餐208HKD,已經有三個主食,非常之抵食。我地嗌左曼谷街頭虎蝦粉絲堡,越式火車頭湯檬與越式三寶撈檬,另外+38蚊可以加個小菜,我地嗌左泰式鳳爪。野飲都幾特別,有香茅茶、滴滴咖啡、龍眼冰等。其中火車頭湯檬非常之美味,湯底飲得出濃濃牛骨香,香料調配也非常適當,唔會覺得湯底過濃,撈檬同樣驚艷,有春捲,扎肉同豬扒,超級實惠,大大碗,足料到爆!另外,香茅水非常好飲,好清香既香茅味! continue reading
