利豐凍肉就在永合成煲仔飯對面，記得蘇絲黄在節目中提及那裡的加拿大牛非常抵買，牛痴男友得知後，急急脚拖我去買。老闆向我們推介$80/磅的美國Prime Rib，說比蘇絲黄的加拿大牛更正。這裡的Prime Rib不能逐磅買，一買就要買一大舊(約四磅)，提供免費厚切服務，若想薄切來打邊爐，就要另外收費。圖中顯示的Rib，約重一磅，油脂分佈平均，marble十足。回家後我們將它切片打邊爐，肉質超淋，牛味濃郁，男友吃不停。$400蚊在Citysuper只可買到約40塊Prime Rib ，同樣價錢，在利豐，我想應該可切上1,000塊。 continue reading
