This restaurant is famous for roast pork. Roast pork is makes from pork. They cut to many small squares. It looks very cute. It has many layers. Some layers are fats and some are meat. I think the roast pork's skin is crispy and salty. The roast pork's skinis crispy because it uses the fire to burn it. The roast pork's meat is oily because they should use fat pig to make roast pork. If you don't like oily food, you can remove the oily parts so that can be more tasty. I like this dish very much!
This restaurant is also famous for shark fin ham chicken soup. It's smell very good. The shark fin is oily but it also tasty. The chicken doesn't have any taste after cooking for soup. The ham is good to eat with rice. The soup is not good to eat because the ham makes the soup become saltly. The ham is make from pig legs. It uses many salt to make it become good smell and saltly, so the soup can not add salt. The soup can also not add chicken powder because it puts a chicken in the soup. I will eat the soup in the futrue.:

周末飲茶,幸好早上成功訂檯,否則要排隊等啊。黑椒牛柳絲炆鴛鴦米:以前很怕這裏的炒粉麵很油膩,現在改進了很多,好像這個炆米,不油不濕,調味也是剛剛好。蔥蒜醬爆燻鴨胸:很惹味,鴨胸也嫩滑。潤燒妙齡鴿:皮脆肉嫩的。叉燒包:餡有些偏鹹,包是很好吃的。牛肉球:平時飲茶不會叫牛肉球,只在這裏才叫的,味道不會很濃。灌湯小籠包:不是不好吃的,但比起專門店如翡翠拉麵的,皮不夠薄,湯汁不夠多,肉則鮮味。奶皇流沙包:印象不深。蛋撻仔:水準以上。千層馬拉糕:可能這裏的馬拉糕太精緻了,個人較喜愛如蓮香樓、萬花紅等出品的古式馬拉糕。豉油皇鴨舌(小食) :眾人都盛讚這個鴨舌做得好,入味之餘仍很滑,味鮮又不過鹹。服務也有進步,對於我們既不是豪客也不是熟客的,也都細心有禮。
